We visited Rube’s Crab Shack tonight and had an absolute wonderful experience. This place is underrated on social media, especially during the off season. The salad bar was clean, fresh, and fully stocked…even hard boiled eggs and cottage cheese. The crabs were fresh and cooked perfectly - full of flavor. The food was mediocre at best, and very expensive for what you get. The Seafood platter looked like a child's plate for $50. Instant mashed potatoes. If you don't know how to cook, maybe it's for you. Will not be going back.
My wife and I relocated from Erie many years ago. I am retired with yesterday being my 65th BD. We stopped by for food and refreshments. When served our food was cold/warm. We are/were very disappoint
