“Two guys grill and pub is a consistency tasty and good time. They have amazing eggs Benedict Saturday and Sunday for their brunch til noon, delicious chili during the winter months, as well as great crab cakes, meatloaf, and I honestly can't get enough of their fried pickles. They have karaoke certain nights as well as many TVs with the games on. Overall a reasonably priced place with tasty food and neighborhood feel. The servers are also very friendly and helpful. Good ipas on tap as well.“

“Always a great place. Only 1 time did we feel rushed out. We were having breakfast with family that we hadn't seen in awhile. We were catching up when one of the employees came over and said that they needed the table. We could move to a different table. They had 8 people waiting to be seated. We left. While leaving I saw plenty of open tables. I was leery of going back when my husband's brother invited us for breakfast again. This time was better.“

“Great food and views!****UPDATE - has been under new management for a couple of years and they have not been able to keep up with what the previous owners achieved. It’s a great waterfront spot for a tiki bar and Sandy outside area - which they have. The food and drinks have gone downhill in the last few years since my first review.Vegetarian options: They have salads on the menu. If you are not pescatarian then you will be disappointed unless French fries are what you’re looking for.Parking: Parking is weird. There are a handful of spots near the restaurant and down the hill. The main/overflow parking is about 750ft from the restaurant at a marina.Kid-friendliness: Kids can play in the sand outside. But the vibe is much more adult and that of a bar, not a family restaurant. It’s a day drinking spot for sure. Lots of boaters.Wheelchair accessibility: The outside area is definitely wheelchair accessible. The restaurant is ground floor but the entrance at the front is small and has a couple of tighter turns and one step up.“

“We had our wedding here. Island View Waterfront Cafe was everything we envisioned for our wedding!! It had that backyard wedding feel with GORGEOUS waterfront views! Jess was absolutely amazing to work with and her love for weddings and desire for you to have your dream day is evident after working with her. She is a great communicator and was a huge help during the different planning stages of our wedding. During our rehearsal and on the day of I came to her with all the questions and she had already had the answers and plans for those worked out and she is a HUGE reason why our day went so smoothly! We love and Cherish being an Island View Couple!!Some cool perks: flexibility to pick our own vendors; chairs and tables were included in the rental; we rented out the the evening before for our rehearsal and hosted an informal pizza party as we were setting up and organizing all the decor which made everything so much easier; you get to work with Jess and I can't say enough good things about her!!“

“Great place with tons of great food. The prices are reasonable, and the bartender, who has been there for a long while, is very nice as well. Went there while vacationing in this part of Baltimore, and I enjoyed karaoke from DJ Mark, as he has an interesting approach to karaoke with fun little sound effects and such; he's a trip! Atmosphere-wise, it's your stereotypical bar feel but more welcoming. From my experience that day, the bar was a lot more popular than the dining. And the food was delicious! Where I live, they're called beach fries, but up in Baltimore, I guess they're called Downey Ocean fries; I had a pulled chicken sandwich with that. And the food was quick. My only complaint was that kitchen staff with long hair have their hair all out; if you get hair in your food (which I didn't) that's why. Otherwise, love the place.“

“The older couple who runs this quaint location are the real deal! They’re kind, friendly, helpful, and have built a devoted following over many, many years by maintaining a menu of consistency. It’s been some time since discovering The Grill; Today, I spent $16.32 on:1) creamed chipped beef2) egg & cheese on whole wheat toast3) side of home fries (which I am particular about)While I typically prefer onions in my home fries, these are perfect as-is. My order is perfect as-is. Photos are attached. For full disclosure, I added fresh ground pepper.Portions are controlled. Not inflated. Nor elaborate. What I ordered is what I received. Their prices, quality, and quantity is reasonable, tasteful, and good enough for me. Massive portions is not my jam.According to a posted sign in their business, they will prepare party platters with a 4-day advanced order. (See the sign)Since the pandemic, many (employees of) local businesses who supported them have closed. Their following keeps them in business, but they don’t advertise. On a side note, driving past the corporate donut chain nearby, I wondered if those patrons in the extensive drive-thru line would’ve considered a less commercialized means for breakfast from a hardworking local “mom and pop” shop known as The Grill.“
