“Rating is based off two visits. First visit the food was amazing. Had the Mongolian beef, some sushi and the lettuce wraps. All were excellent, the server was courteous and helpful. Decided to go back since the first time was so good. Had the lettuce wraps again and tried the lobster and shrimp fried rice....was very disappointing, taste was lacking for the exception of burnt flavor. It was ready quickly and they gave us everything we needed including plastic silverware, napkins, soy sauce and sweet and sour. We just moved here so this was so helpful.

All the food was delicious, we got kung pao chicken and general tso chicken with shrimp and vegetable egg rolls. The kung pao chicken was my favorite!

The atmosphere was calm like a coffee shop, the music wasn’t too loud. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I ordered the egg and scallion fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken, pork soup dumplings, Mongolian beef with scallions, BBQ Bao Buns, a hot yuzu citrus tea, and a passion fruit green tea

All teas and drinks are made to order. I was able to customize my tea which I loved. I’m a Type I diabetic so when I go to restaurants I usually can only order a Diet Coke or water. I ordered this tea without sugar and added stevia.

All of the food was delicious, fresh, and not too greasy!“

“Dumplings are my indicator for great Chinese take-out and they were very good here: thin wrappers, not doughy, but also didn't fall apart when you go to dip a second half in sauce. Tea was in a sturdy to-go cup (no spills) rather than a soup container.

Ordered online, paid in-person, everything was ready when I arrived, but still hot when I got home. Sauce and utensils were self-service, which I appreciated: hate to waste extras that I won't use.“

We ordered a pizza from Alanza, a double cheeseburger from Burger Baby, and a Build Your Own Bowl from El Diez. Funny enough, the burger, which was the item I was least excited about based on how it looked, ended up being my favorite. It was honestly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The pizza was a little overdone, but I actually like my pizza that way, so no complaints there. The bowl was good too, though I felt like it was missing a little something. Maybe some extra lime or cilantro would have given it more of that fresh Mexican flavor.

“We could not wait to go to Towson Best to see how they remodeled the restaurant. It was closed for about a month. We went early, so we were able to get a parking spot in the rear. The first thing we noticed was the bright new paint in the hallway. When you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by a light and airy dining room. It is still divided in two with new tables on both sides. The big difference is the banquette along the wall. They have removed all the booths. They have new tables and chairs, new floor, and new lighting. They still have one TV. The sushi counter is still there along with a tea etc. counter. It was all so inviting. In addition to the remodeling, they now have expanded their menu to include Ramen, Bun and a variety of Bubble and fruit teas plus more. We decided on the lunch special, which included a spring roll and your choice of white or fried rice. Mona, our server, was very attentive and welcoming. The owner remembered us and came over to say hello – very thoughtful. My husband ordered the Shrimp with Cashews. However, when it came, it had green and red peppers in it, which he cannot eat. Mona very quickly took it back, and they gave him a new order. I had the Shrimp Chow Fun which is wide Chinese noodles in a delicate sauce with nice size shrimp. We both really like the ambience of the new restaurant and our lunches.“

Be mindful that if you order extra of their sauce “ duck , ketchup” they will charge .10 per packet , mind you I always order wings with fries for the littles.
