“The noodle soup was so flavorful and was perfect! I had the signature dish Lanzhou Beef Noodle Soup with thin noodles. The noodles are hand pulled and made fresh every day and you can tell by the excellent texture and flavor! My new favorite restaurant! “I finally had the infamous Dirty Yak Spicy with shrimp and extra egg and….I enjoyed it! It was true to its word when they said spicy which I can appreciate. Once ya nose start running…..that’s how you know it’s hot! I like the noodle consistency and texture. The ratio of noodle to shrimp was good. It was well seasoned. Great portion size for the price. The wait time was prompt. No complaints here. Look forward to trying other items on the menu in the future.“

Everything was perfect, even parking wasn’t a challenge!

The atmosphere was calm like a coffee shop, the music wasn’t too loud. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I ordered the egg and scallion fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken, pork soup dumplings, Mongolian beef with scallions, BBQ Bao Buns, a hot yuzu citrus tea, and a passion fruit green tea

All teas and drinks are made to order. I was able to customize my tea which I loved. I’m a Type I diabetic so when I go to restaurants I usually can only order a Diet Coke or water. I ordered this tea without sugar and added stevia.

“Oriental Wok was an awesome Asian Restaurant we recently found on Buttermilk Pike in Northern Kentucky. It's a very elegant looking place with chandeliers and very nice looking decor and carpet everywhere. Despite how expensive looking the place is the prices for the food were very reasonable (at least for lunch when we were there.) We started with some Crab Rangoon which was some of the best I've ever had (them or Lin's in Cleves). For my main course I got the Sesame Chicken with fried rice and an eggroll. All of it was high level with eggroll being particularly delicious. The service was top notch as well rounding off a superb experience. We'll definitely be back and often.“

I’ve ordered from China Yum at least 8–10 times now (mostly online pickup or delivery), and it never disappoints. The portions are HUGE — one combo plate (General Tso’s or sesame chicken with fried rice and an egg roll) easily feeds me for two meals, and it’s only $9–$12. Chicken is always crispy, sauce is flavorful (nice sweet heat), rice is fresh, and veggies are cooked just right.
Online ordering is smooth, food is ready fast even during lunch rush, and the staff is friendly and gets the order right every time. Delivery through DoorDash/Uber Eats comes hot and accurate too. “I've been here before a while back and got the Mongolian beef. I have to admit it was very tasteless just didn't have that rich flavor I'm used to. But I didn't do a review back then because I didn't feel I was around long enough to check the place out. Went back yesterday. Service was incredible mainly because April was working. Really nice local crowd and you can feel that they like their watering hole and there's a lot of camaraderie. I ordered two things the first was the miso soup a very good size portion with lots of flavor. Then I ordered the cheeseburger. And this is where I have some issues. I love the combination of flavors when I bite into a sandwich anything that I have on it I want to taste it all at once. The issue I had it was a very large Burger perfectly cooked. But I think they were more about the presentation and the show me wow wow than constructing the perfect burger. When I bite into a burger I want to taste the lettuce the tomato the onion whatever condiments I have at the same time. Unfortunately I was unable to do this because if I stacked everything on the burger based on how thick the burger was I've have to bite I into an 8 inch sandwhich. As you can see from the pictures it was all about how big everything was. Well sometimes you need to adjust how you construct a good sandwich and I just think that's what they need to do because it was cooked perfect medium rare. Flatten the burger out a little bit. Put my lettuce and onion and tomato on it. And just use a little bit smaller roll. The sandwich is only as good as the roll you put it on and you really have to watch that bread to meat ratio. I actually want my burger to be constructed when it's on my plate. I do not want to be responsible for putting it together. I know that plating and presentation is important but I feel this is more about presentation than actual good concept and a comfortable intake. And yes I know I use the word constructed a lot in this review but that was the key problem. And I really love the idea that you have an option of fresh vegetables instead of fries. The only thing I can say about the vegetables they were very crispy and that's the way I like but they lacked a little bit of salt and pepper . I will definitely be back. I will try some other things. Then we will see if the review goes up to a 5 at some point, stays at a 4 at some point, or goes down to a 3“

I appreciate that you can choose white or dark meat for an extra $1 for your meal. Unfortunately, the chicken wonton soup that came with the lunch special was horrible…it tasted like it was made with dish water. The sweet and sour shrimp was well fried and the portion size was fair for the price. Would return, but will be skipping the soup.“

“The food is good. Typical American Chinese food carryout restaurant. The chicken wings are crispy and the fried rice is very good. The prices are very reasonable. They have combination plates that are available all the time not just for lunch. You can get two favorites for a good price They do also have a separate lunch combination plate menu.
The atmosphere is quiet. I like to go here and eat in when I want a quiet place. The have four booths. I like to go eat a good meal and read or watch a movie on my phone. Staff is friendly. I will continue to eat here and look forward to trying other menu items.“
