“Basta Pasta We went there for Father’s Day and Paul’s birthday on July 3rd, just Paul, Brian and me. For his birthday Paul ordered the New York Strip steak with two sides, me and Brian ordered Chicken Chesapeake. Mine and Brian’s were great, 1/2 pound of crab cake over a chicken breast with a lemon sauce, it was delicious. We ordered with red potatoes that were fabulous. Now we come to Paul’s steak. He said it was the best steak he ever had. It was thick and juicy and had a charred outer crust. He shared with us. He ordered asparagus and red potatoes with his. All was served with a big bowl of salad and bread that we shared before our entree. How was that for a review?“

“An unexpected hospital stay changed our plans for Valentine’s Day, but a week later we were able to do carry out. I had the Linguine Primavera with EVOO and my husband had the Chicken Marsala with fettuccine. The meals were fresh, flavorful and seasoned perfectly. Warm soft crusty rolls added to our enjoyment. Portions were so large, it provided a second night’s dinner! This wasn’t our first meal from Acapella and they have always been on point. Will certainly be back!“

“The Power Lunch Specials menu is a bargain at $17.77. The Meatballs & Polenta are excellent. This is 3/4 of the normal lunch menu portion, but is very tasty & extremely filling. The fried calamari is heavy in batter & needs all the lemon juice you can squeeze onto it. The dipping sauces have a lot of hot peppers in them, & are both really spicy. Penne Caprese is fresh & tasty. lovely lunch. Unfortunately, portion sizes vary from day to day. Ask for a full portion. Fettucine Genovese is extremely flavorful. The rich flavor of the cheese enhances the braised beef--a good dish. The coffee had a nice flavor but was watery. It would be much better if they used more coffee.“

“This is easily my new favorite place. Went for a late lunch and we were greeted by everyone from the moment we walked in the door. Everyone was so kind. Our service was great, our server was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and made great recommendations. The food was phenomenal and they have great portions! “We haven't been here since it was sold. The place is beautiful! The food was excellent and our waitress, Holly was the bomb diggity!!! We had the CRAB COW BERGER and it was the best burger we ever . Moist beef and the crab cake with crab imperial was divine. The fries were cooked perfect, nice and crunchy but just as soft on the inside. They were NOT coated! Prices were very reasonable. When you get food like this, you don't mind what it costs as long as it is great. Again, ask for Holly to be your waitress. The best server we have had in a long time. “Ordered off of their catering menu for my wife's birthday. I purchased the Margharita Seafood Special with shrimp, scallops and lump crabmeat in a rose' cream sauce and it was excellent! The homemade meatballs jad everybody raving and their sausage, onions and peppers in marinara sauce was also great. Thankfully we had some left overs that we are still enjoying. Lastly was their Greek salad, very fresh and loaded with feta cheese. I definitely recommend these folks for your next lunch or dinner or when you need an event catered. Call and ask for Saul and he and the staff there will take great care of you!!“

“Real Italian cuisine is served here in ample helpings. Mama's Favorite Caesar salad can be split for two people. It's loaded with soft fresh mozzarella, artichoke, & sundried tomatoes. It's my favorite, too. The lasagna had so much of the wonderful delicate tomato sauce, it was covered. This is the real authentic lasagna of Italy. For a tasty pasta with a kick, the Salmone Al Pesto has a marvelous creamy pesto sauce, & a heaping of small fresh button mushrooms. They say it's only 6 oz. of salmon but the whole plate was covered in large segments of it--it's large enough to take home for a second dinner. Mama had made her own Tiramisu. The delicate sponge soaked with flavor is something not to be missed. Get it when you can. The service from Madison was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. This is a wonderful place for authentic Italian meals.“

But when I’m waiting for three minutes while it’s not busy for one cashier to finish a phone call it’s not exactly a good idea to take a customer that just walked in before me, being second cashier. It’s just me and one other customer..and I was here first. I’m sure it is one of his first jobs, I’ve worked in food, it’s not easy. This is common sense though. The food? Flawless. Hot, fresh, seasoned like somebody’s Italian grandma was in the back cooking with love. I haven’t been to Olive Garden in a long time, but this meal reminded me why I ever came in the first place. And I drove 45 minutes just to get here — and I’d do it again tomorrow.

“We used Margherita’s Pizza of Kingsville to cater our daughter’s birthday party and everyone raved about how good the food was! We had chicken parmigiana, Caesar salad and rolls that were all amazing but the absolute hit of the party was the Crab Chesapeake Pasta! It was to die for! There was so many giant chunks of crab meat! And it all just came together perfectly with the sauce! Everyone asked where we got it from and when I was packing up the leftovers, I even had some guests ask if they could take a little bit home too! Highly recommend!“

“I’m a pizza snob 100% and I’d have to give this place 5 stars!!! I work for Harford county parks and Rec and we used this place for a work party. When I heard the prices I was expecting not so good pizza and I was completely mistaken. The pizza toppings were huge and NOT greasy at all. We got several different kinds of pizzas and they were all great. I was told the staff was very friendly and that’s hard to find anymore.
