A worker named Eli went completely above and beyond to help me out. I was having trouble deciding what to get, and Eli was incredibly patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu. He walked me through the different stir-fry and salad options, offered some amazing customization recommendations, and made sure everything was prepared exactly to my liking.
It is rare to encounter that level of genuine hospitality and helpfulness these days. Eli is a massive asset to this team! Between the delicious, high-quality food and the top-tier customer service, I will definitely be a regular here.

“We live right around the corner and drive past this place constantly. We've lived in Parkville for five years and came here for a Bluey brunch sometime last summer with our toddler. We decided to try the actual restaurant part tonight for dinner. The food was outstanding and our waiter was attentive and very friendly. Very lively, festive atmosphere, but my one complaint is, MAN, was it loud in there. My daughter spent the first 10 minutes after we got there holding her ears because it was so noisy. But I guess that's to be expected from one of the most popular local restaurants in town. Will most definitely be back!“

“So I've gone to this place twice, this week. it's the only 2 times I've been and both times it was outstanding food. The first time I went in this week it was almost closing time and all of the product looked as good as it does, I'm guessing, when they open. Normally by the end of the night it all looks like garbage at most places but not here. As someone that has spent years managing a Ruby Tuesday and trying to keep that salad bar on point, well this place could teach all restaurants how to have beautiful product to work with. Tonight was no different. I did order online to pick up in store and everything still looked great and again outstanding quality product that is so good I had to take a moment and slow down so here I am. “I went there with 3 of my kids after a soccer tournament. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our waitress Samantha was kind and quick to take our order and anything needed while we ate. Chris ( another worker or perhaps manager there) slipped me a piece of paper asking if it was okay to surprise my kids with ice cream after they ate. I also noticed a special needs woman in the booth next to me who had ordered, then asked a dessert to be removed from her order because she said " she could not afford it". I saw that the staff comped her dessert and treated her with kindess and respect. All around I was impressed with the staff, their caring nature. The food was also great! If we are in the area for a tournament, I will defintely come back.“

“When our car died, we went to Chick-fil-A while we waited for my husband to come jump the vehicle. We ordered one milkshake and asked for a few cherries. “Such a great visit! The last time we came to this Olive Garden (about two years ago), both the food and service fell short of expectations. However, this visit was an absolute 10/10 experience!
The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Our server, Mikai, was the epitome of professionalism and kindness. “I took my granddaughter there a few weeks ago and had the cheese tortellini with roasted garlic sauce. It was delicious. I took my sister there today. I had the tortellini and a garden salad. The salad was nothing but limp, lettuce, and brown bits. The tortellini was overcooked with no sauce at all. I couldn’t even eat it. I will not go back.“

I've always added sauces to mine as when they come plain with a pickle it just seems to be lacking a certain pizzazz which a bit of mayo & chick fill a sauce remedies immediately! “Fast food is not what it used to be( Little Tavern from years ago come to mind). Chick- fil- A is the King of the mountain in reference to quality of food, service & how they train their young associates. The essence of this keeps regulars returning time after time. It makes me feel good when the young associate looks me in the eye, smiles & later tells me it was their pleasure to serve me. It means a lot to go to a counter & not just get stared at like you the customer shld just start talking without being addressed. I appreciate CFA's service principle.“

“They forgot to add my daughters cookie. I had the Toasted Caprese Focaccia it was good. I wish it had more between the bread. It was like I was eating flavored bread. Only 1 piece of mozzarella on each. My daughter had the new Southwest Chicken Ranch ​Salad Stuffer. It was good, was not stuffed and lacked some flavor. Disappointed. As for the service... they seemed busy. My order was never called out. If it was, I didn't hear them. I'm not sure how long I would have waited... I know we were there for a while.“
