The staff and ambiance of the upper/ lower levels were very comfortable and artistic elegance! I can't wait to return.“

“I recently hire the Yaya’s food truck for a birthday event that I was having at my home. From the first inquiry, the customer service was excellent. Next, they also offer food tastings to ensure the flavor (salt, spice) is to your liking. The day of the event, they showed up before the scheduled time to ensure they meet the expectations of the contract. Additionally, I don’t order enough rice for my guest and they were generous enough to make more rice instead of telling my guest that no more rice was available. I definitely recommend Yaya’s Trini Food Truck.“

“The food is delicious and the portions are enormous. I got a bowl with brown stew chicken, rice n peas, and plantains. It's enough food for multiple meals (for me). I just wish I'd asked for a bit more brown gravy!“

“The customer service is professional. The place was kept clean and welcoming. Though, most people did take out, there's a big table their for anyone that wants to eat in the restaurant, we did, and we didn't feel pressured to rush our eating either.
We got the Ox tail dinner, which comes with 3 sides. The food portion was huge, and it was all very delicious. I also got a side of mac n cheese, which was also very tasty.“

“Paradise Island Grill came highly recommended by someone who’s taste buds I give the utmost respect, so I ordered this with the highest of hopes!! And I was not disappointed- the oxtails were seasoned to perfection.

The rice and peas were also pretty tasty, as was the sauce that came with it. The flavours from the Jamaican spices, butter beans, thyme and other ingredients all blended really really well and were definitely really moreish.

I was also happy with the portion size, well worth the cost; andddd now that I am moving nearby, I’m pretty sure that they will be seeing more of me.“

Update: honestly, I cannot speak for any of these bad reviews but ever since I came here a couple of days ago, I’ve been here everyday since, unashamedly. I have tried the combination platters, the snapper and everything was 10/10. They are also very generous with their portions. I used to go to Irie and Carribean Grill.. this place has officially taken all my business. I’ll continue returning.“

All of our guests enjoyed every bit of it. The flavors were on point and the food was nice and hot. I will definitely order catering again and stop by the next time I'm at the mall.“
