“Occasionally the mobile app won’t send the store my orders sometimes and even when I show the employee/manager the order on the app and through my email. They still won’t honor it and tell me to call customer service support. Which I have to say is very inconvenient and a waste of my time. Time is money.“
“The night this Popeyes had to shut down due to a water problem, I placed an order on my app and was unable to pick it up.
Two weeks later, I called the store, they answered my call and the manager told me to come in and she would honor my order.
She was very nice and took care of me as quickly as possible and I give this store and it's team five stars!“
