“Hidden gem: just go try for yourself before Washingtonian lists it and you won't be able to secure a table! Best Vietnamese food in Maryland as other stated and great service, clean. Can't expect anything more! We ordered several dishes, but the crispy noodles stood out. Will be back often.“

“We got Frederick Soups and Comfort Foods for the first time today and we're both blown away by how delicious everything was. We both got a soup (Potato Leek/Sausage Mushroom White Bean) and a sandwich (Italian Stallion/Cucumber Cream Cheese) and all of it was fantastic. I am an avid soup lover and since moving to Frederick have been trying to find a good soup spot, and I've definitely found it. My only regret is taking our food to-go, because the inside is so fun and cozy and I wish I got more time to admire it!!“

“Great place to grab freshly steamed blue crabs. Had all sizes available. Not cheap like most crab places these days but they tasted great. You can order ahead but we placed our order and they were ready in about 10-15mins on a weekday afternoon.“

“My partner and I LOVE coming here! Our server the last time we came in was absolutely amazing and so kind! His name was Matthew. The manager on duty (i’m assuming that was her position) seemed quite frazzled and was rushing employees. I understand it was a Friday night but to be like that all night seems like a lot. We have seen her every time we go here and it makes me feel really bad for the hostess and wait staff that have to deal with that sort of treatment/behavior from their manager. Especially in front of customers. It makes me hope that any tip we leave goes only to our servers.

“Got some lunch before grocery shopping. The food was excellent! I got the Kung Pao Chicken lunch special with fried rice and an egg roll. Everything was really good. The Kung Pao Chicken had a lot of fresh vegetables and the sauce was perfect! As a chinese American born in China. I’ve had a lot of Chinese food. This was one of the best King Pao Chickens I’ve ever had. The fried rice was also great, as well as the egg roll. Classic Chinese flavors, done well!“
