“I’m going to post the same review I gave on Yelp - this is a 5 Star place! After a day in DC, my family decided to try Soul Thai on our way home. What a terrific Experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was amazing. The Hang Over Noodles (Drunken Noodles) was exceptional. And the red curry was by far the best I’ve had in the area. The ambiance was quite pleasant as well. Initially we were sat in an area that was a little noisy for our taste, but they graciously moved us to a much quieter section. The owner, Nancy came over after our meal and was very appreciative of our comments on the meal. She shared with us that she personally picks the freshest ingredients she can find to ensure the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Soul Thai to everyone. We will be coming back soon. “I had a delicious lunch at Eerkin's in Rockville today. My friend and I shared an eggplant salad, an order of manta dumplings stuffed with pumpkin, and an order of fried noodles with chicken. Everything was delicious. The portions were very generous. We enjoyed making our choice from the tea bar--one serving with a complimentary refill was plenty for two people. Service was friendly and attentive. Parking is convenient and free for the first two hours. Looking forward to a return trip!“

“We stopped by this Salvadorian-Mexican restaurant for breakfast and had a great experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care.

I ordered the Salvadorian típico, which came with scrambled eggs mixed with shredded beef, sweet plantains, and traditional sides. Everything was well seasoned and cooked just right. We also tried the cheese pupusas, and they were excellent. Hot, cheesy, and full of flavor. The coffee was really good and completed the breakfast.

Customer service also stood out. The cashier was friendly, polite, and welcoming, which made the visit even better.

The chicken salad is shockingly good - will definitely be getting it again! And my friend tried the curry and banh mi combo with a fried egg which were, again, delicious. Staff are also so lovely. Highly recommend! Also, I’m gluten free and there are lots of great options.“

The sushi is the same high quality as their dinner service ,the fish pieces are huge and incredibly fresh. “Phonatics is great — we live right by it and go there frequently for pho on cold days when we want to warm our soul, and banh mi in the summer when we want the tender chicken with pickled onion on a crunchy baguette. The atmosphere is great, the staff is accommodating, and the food is such a quality that it never fluctuates. There was even a time when I couldn’t find basil at any nearby store, and in a hurry I went to Phonatics and they were kind enough to give me a bag of Thai basil. It saved my bruschetta.“

Stopped by after an event, and we were warmly welcomed by one of the staff. We did takeout and the portions were generous!

We got chicken cashew, pad Thai and pad see yew with their fresh Thai tea.

Service was quick, and the surrounding ambiance is pleasant. Very clean with fresh flowers on the tables.
