Really nice improvements here at this location the past few weeks to bump my review up to 5 stars for this Panera.
For reference we stop by 1-2 times a week at this location. Typically between 3-4.
We frequently order the Roasted Turkey & Avocado.
The new Deli Ham sandwich is really nice too as they return ham sandwiches to the menu!“

“I have been going to Panera at Pike Plaza a few evenings for dinner in the last couple of months, and Roberto (from the evening shift) has been extremely courteous and kind. He has been accommodating if I arrived near closing. I have to also add that it has been two years that I come to this location, almost daily, as a subscriber, every day. Every single person here is awesome, Omar, and his team, Guchi, Patty, Garry, Karoleus, Karina, Phillip, Michelle, Ellen, and .... others that I am sorry I might have missed. This kind of hospitality, big smiles, and professionalism is hard to find in this day and age, and it is the reason I keep coming back everyday. This is my comfort place.“

The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was amazing. The Hang Over Noodles (Drunken Noodles) was exceptional. And the red curry was by far the best I’ve had in the area. The ambiance was quite pleasant as well. Initially we were sat in an area that was a little noisy for our taste, but they graciously moved us to a much quieter section. The owner, Nancy came over after our meal and was very appreciative of our comments on the meal. She shared with us that she personally picks the freshest ingredients she can find to ensure the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Soul Thai to everyone. We will be coming back soon. “You have got to ask for Jay Kim, he is the best server in the house. He was patient and ever so helpful with us as first time hot potters. I had a vegetarian hot pot, well, except for the dumplings. Although they have no vegetarian options, he worked with me and provided me with an alternate option. It would be more awesome for them to add it to their menu tho for those of us who just love veggies. The broth is vegetarian based so it makes sense to have a vegetarian option along with it. We had a party of 8 and Jay Kim made it so much fun!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh. One other option that would have been great to have would be fresh ginger at the sauce bar and mushrooms on the vegetable plate. We were all pleasantly pleased with our food. The ambiance is very nice, low light but more than enough to cook and enjoy each other's company. Jay Kim made sure we always had what we needed. The sauce bar was amazing, so many choices. I recommend making a few bowls, some for the broth and and some for dipping your cooked food. If you get any type of meat, also make a sauce to marinade the meat. You don't have to but it made a good difference. Meats are thinly sliced for quick cooking and again,so fresh. The price was worth the amount of food and the experience. There is an all you can eat option or an a la carte option where you just get one meat selection and a vegetable plate which was more than enough for us as a party of young ladies. This was a great first hot pot experience and I definitely recommend it, just make sure to ask for Jay Kim. I know you will enjoy it!!!“

“The best Vietnamese food hands down! When I’m in the area I always have to stop by Le Bledo to get a banh mi and a soup. The consistent quality and attention to detail is what makes this place great. I know what to expect so I’m always satisfied with my food from the fresh baked daily bread to the variety of Vietnamese classic soups such as pho, bun bo hue, and bun rieu 😋 10/10 highly recommend and bring a friend!“

Stopped by after an event, and we were warmly welcomed by one of the staff. We did takeout and the portions were generous!

We got chicken cashew, pad Thai and pad see yew with their fresh Thai tea.

Service was quick, and the surrounding ambiance is pleasant. Very clean with fresh flowers on the tables.

But really, the staff were so friendly and kind, and the food is delicious!

“I recently visited Panera and had such a pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere was clean, and the customer service truly stood out!
It was actually Easter, and I had a long, emotional day—I had taken my mother to the hospital and, being 8 months pregnant, I hadn’t eaten yet. I was exhausted and overwhelmed. But an employee named Anthony completely turned my day around.
His attitude was amazing—so polite, patient, and genuinely kind. He treated me with such care and respect, and in that moment, it meant everything. This is exactly the kind of customer service we need more of today.

“I had a five star experience with hubby last night. The manager Mahder was very hospitable, asking how our food was. We got the steak Alfredo and I liked it, but the steak had a peppery taste so I asked her if they could make it without the pepper (I don’t like pepper because of my food aversion) and she said the beef has seasoning on it and tried to have the kitchen prepare beef without it, but she said the meat was frozen and couldn’t be prepared. I was thankful she was willing to make that accommodation. She was very generous with great service. My husband and I enjoyed our conversations with Mahder and our server Emily. They both went above and beyond in serving us and we highly recommend the food and will definitely be back. Emily did an awesome job serving us! We will definitely be back“

“There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! “Good place. I took 1 star off because they fail to label all sandwiches. Which is very important when a large group orders where 3 people got a you pick two and 1 person got a full sandwich. I went out to my car and counted the amount of sandwiches we received, and thought I was 1 short. I brought in the bag and they re-checked my order and said that we had everything. In the end we did have everything and I had miscounted, but it still could have been avoided if they had labeled all of the sandwiches. I think only 2 of the sandwiches were labeled.“

Plus their prices and portion size can’t be beat. They closed 2 locations because of Covid but this one is still here and I drive out of my way to eat here.
