“I had such an amazing experience thanks to Christian. From the moment we sat down, he was calm, kind, and incredibly attentive. He took the time to walk me through the entire menu since it was my first time there, and made sure I felt comfortable with every choice. He never made us feel rushed, which made the whole dinner feel so special and relaxed. He listened carefully to everything I wanted and was extremely understanding and sweet throughout the entire experience.
I came to celebrate my birthday, and honestly, it turned out exactly how I hoped it would largely because of him. Christian is truly the kind of server every restaurant needs if they want their guests to have an unforgettable dining experience.
I would absolutely come back and request him again only him. If you visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Christian. You won’t regret it 😃“

He helped me and another couple get set up with the wonder app and gave recommendations on which foods to try. Really nice improvements here at this location the past few weeks to bump my review up to 5 stars for this Panera.
For reference we stop by 1-2 times a week at this location. Typically between 3-4.
We frequently order the Roasted Turkey & Avocado.
The new Deli Ham sandwich is really nice too as they return ham sandwiches to the menu!“

“I have been going to Panera at Pike Plaza a few evenings for dinner in the last couple of months, and Roberto (from the evening shift) has been extremely courteous and kind. He has been accommodating if I arrived near closing. I have to also add that it has been two years that I come to this location, almost daily, as a subscriber, every day. Every single person here is awesome, Omar, and his team, Guchi, Patty, Garry, Karoleus, Karina, Phillip, Michelle, Ellen, and .... others that I am sorry I might have missed. This kind of hospitality, big smiles, and professionalism is hard to find in this day and age, and it is the reason I keep coming back everyday. This is my comfort place.“

“From the moment we walked into Umpli Dumpling, we knew we were in for something special. The atmosphere is welcoming. The food is absolutely delicious; our waiter, Jonathan, recommended the fried pork chops, the new pork belly, and the chicken ramen.

However, what truly stood out was the service. Our waiter, Jonathan, was exceptional. He knew the menu inside and out, gave us excellent recommendations, and made sure our drinks were never empty. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was some of the best Thai we have ever had. The Pad Thai was amazing. The Hang Over Noodles (Drunken Noodles) was exceptional. And the red curry was by far the best I’ve had in the area. The ambiance was quite pleasant as well. Initially we were sat in an area that was a little noisy for our taste, but they graciously moved us to a much quieter section. The owner, Nancy came over after our meal and was very appreciative of our comments on the meal. She shared with us that she personally picks the freshest ingredients she can find to ensure the quality of the food. I would highly recommend Soul Thai to everyone. We will be coming back soon. “You have got to ask for Jay Kim, he is the best server in the house. He was patient and ever so helpful with us as first time hot potters. I had a vegetarian hot pot, well, except for the dumplings. Although they have no vegetarian options, he worked with me and provided me with an alternate option. It would be more awesome for them to add it to their menu tho for those of us who just love veggies. The broth is vegetarian based so it makes sense to have a vegetarian option along with it. We had a party of 8 and Jay Kim made it so much fun!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was so fresh. One other option that would have been great to have would be fresh ginger at the sauce bar and mushrooms on the vegetable plate. We were all pleasantly pleased with our food. The ambiance is very nice, low light but more than enough to cook and enjoy each other's company. Jay Kim made sure we always had what we needed. The sauce bar was amazing, so many choices. I recommend making a few bowls, some for the broth and and some for dipping your cooked food. If you get any type of meat, also make a sauce to marinade the meat. You don't have to but it made a good difference. Meats are thinly sliced for quick cooking and again,so fresh. The price was worth the amount of food and the experience. There is an all you can eat option or an a la carte option where you just get one meat selection and a vegetable plate which was more than enough for us as a party of young ladies. This was a great first hot pot experience and I definitely recommend it, just make sure to ask for Jay Kim. I know you will enjoy it!!!“

The consistent quality and attention to detail is what makes this place great. I know what to expect so I’m always satisfied with my food from the fresh baked daily bread to the variety of Vietnamese classic soups such as pho, bun bo hue, and bun rieu 😋 10/10 highly recommend and bring a friend!“

Stopped by after an event, and we were warmly welcomed by one of the staff. We did takeout and the portions were generous!

We got chicken cashew, pad Thai and pad see yew with their fresh Thai tea.

Service was quick, and the surrounding ambiance is pleasant. Very clean with fresh flowers on the tables.

But really, the staff were so friendly and kind, and the food is delicious!

It was actually Easter, and I had a long, emotional day—I had taken my mother to the hospital and, being 8 months pregnant, I hadn’t eaten yet. I was exhausted and overwhelmed. But an employee named Anthony completely turned my day around.
His attitude was amazing—so polite, patient, and genuinely kind. He treated me with such care and respect, and in that moment, it meant everything. This is exactly the kind of customer service we need more of today.
I’m so grateful for that experience—it’s honestly going to be a core memory for me of how customer service should be. God bless him!“

“Honestly one of the best chain restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time. Everything was genuinely delicious, fresh, hot, and the portions were huge. The pasta was perfectly cooked, the breadsticks were dangerously addictive, and even the salad tasted fresh instead of feeling like an afterthought. For the amount of food you get, the prices are honestly very reasonable nowadays. You leave completely full without feeling ripped off.

The atmosphere was relaxed, comfortable, and actually enjoyable to sit in for a while. Our waitress did keep sniffling her nose the whole time which was a little distracting, but she was still polite, fast, and attentive, so it honestly felt like a tiny issue compared to how good the overall experience was.

People love to joke about Olive Garden online, but sometimes a place is popular for a reason. Big portions, solid comfort food, unlimited breadsticks, and a menu where almost everyone can find something they like. This visit completely delivered. Definitely coming back again.“

“Incredible experience we get one hour lunch most places do not let us order in advance so we have to go order and waste a good 20 to 25 minutes for food and then quickly shove it down and then ask for a check. This place they let us order an hour in advance so when we get there to dine in the food is ready. The staff is extremely nice and courteous. The food is the main star everything I have tried here taste absolutely perfect The spice level you asked for you get they are very conscious about spices. “There are so many pho restaurants in NOVA, but Pho Hai Duong has quickly become my favorite. I order their combination pho with extra hoisin and jalapeños at least once a week, and with their early opening hours I can even get pho for breakfast! “Been eating at this chain my whole life and they’re still the only Chinese food restaurants I like. They use soy sauce rather than brown sauce which makes the biggest difference. Plus their prices and portion size can’t be beat. They closed 2 locations because of Covid but this one is still here and I drive out of my way to eat here.
