I was home sick this week so I stocked up on my favorite nourishing soups from 100 Bowls. It was so wonderful to have easy to make meals that were healthy and warmed me up from the inside all week long. You were a lifesaver this week - Thank you!

I first found 100 Bowls of Soup at the farmer’s market years ago. Having their store in my hometown has been fantastic. They take advantage of vegetables in season so it means the variety of fresh soups changes. The flavor just bursts in your mouth!
