“Huge shout out to the girls working morning of 12/9/25. I had placed a catering order and called to add on a coffee, just to discover I accidentally placed the order for the wrong day. The girl was very quick to solution and had my catering order ready for me in less than 30 minutes- while in a busy morning rush. I seriously appreciated this accommodation so much.

Chick fila is known for having great customer service, but this was the best I have ever experienced throughout my travels in the US (I cater for events often).

I just want to add if you see this- you girls are going places in this life. Your problem solving skills, patience, and kindness in stressful environments is commendable. Thank you so much!“

“Being an all timer fan for Hangry Joe's, came across this branch and this beats all the others I have tried so far. Amazing service and serving size. Tried their Sando (really big than usual), Wings with 2 different flavors (really loved the Spicy Zing) and their Loaded fries.
Their loaded fries being crispy really stands out and the flavor stands out. They do have iced teas as well if you want to try them. Really glad to find this amazing joint in Ellicott City!“

“I come here very often I’m disabled I have IDD I also have physical disabilities and the lady here I don’t know her name and want to respect her privacy but she was angry at me when I explained multiple times to her my order she messed it up gave me the wrong breadsticks when I specifically asked for 2 orders of 5 cheesy breadsticks. She specially gave me a messed up order. I’m friends with the owner he’s very sweet and I also have multiple chronic illnesses and have been in a flareup recently. “Z-Burger in Beltsville is just down the road from IKEA. Needed a couple of milkshakes to wet our whistles and this joint did not disappoint. Peanut butter Banana shake was very good. Shake is thicka than a snicka so have patience for the first 15 minutes until it thins out a bit. The regular size is quite large. Shakes run between $6 - $7. Worth it in my opinion. Parking is uncertain at this location. Just find a spot somewhere, that's my best recommendation.“

Not having to correct or repeat myself is a luxury customers don't have many times, so being able to say what I want, then ask your questions? Is HEAVEN more enjoyable when getting your food. “A must go to, at least once. I got a meal with spicy chicken, spaghetti, a mango drink, and an ube pie. The ube pie was one of the best fast food desserts I’ve had. Crispy, airy outside with a hot, sweet, ube rich filling. The spaghetti has a seeet tang and was delightfully unique. The chicken definitely competes with some of the best like Popeyes. Only complaint is that it’s a bit pricey for fast food chicken.“

“Usually, when I come there, the staff treat you as if you are bothering them by showing up, There often not pleasant monotone just whatever….. Today around 6:15 I went there and the staff there was amazing. There was a new employee at the window. She admitted she was new, but she went to find an answer to my question. I feel like I've been missing out all this time. Additionally the women working this afternoon around 3pm are phenomenal workers and the place was spotless. If they havent been given a raise or promotion yet, you need to give them both one. These ladies are easily the most competent fast food workers that I've ever seen. Show them your appreciation because any restaurant would be lucky to have them. They are respectful and kind and so efficient.
