“My husband and I came and ordered a frozen chai tea latte with oat milk. Some locations will allow you to do a frozen chai and others won’t. Our barista Brahma was fantastic! He was kind and friendly. He said it was his first time making a frozen chai and asked my husband to please taste and make sure it was ok. It was delightful! He did such a great job and made our day!“
“I ordered online thinking I would avoid the craziness that is the 24 hour Dunkin Baskin on a Friday night, so because I chose to order online I had to sit in the parking lot to wait for my pick up time (30 mins) which I rather do than to wait in line. While I waited I noticed it was starting to get hectic in the store. I only saw one employee putting orders up taking orders making things and I thought to myself wow how will she get to my order. As I saw as minutes went by she kept completing the orders and by the time my pick up time came I went in and realized she was just starting the order. With eagerness I told her that I saw her help all those customers and that I was impressed! Omilia deserves a raise or better yet, promote her to train staff on how to handle the rush and how to deliver. Also please do better at supplying the best products for customers. This location needs more employees like Omilia and better ice cream flavors!“
“I don’t go to this Dunkin’ often, but every time I’ve visited in the evenings over the past couple of years, it’s always been a pleasant experience. The male employee who usually works in the evenings is incredibly kind, respectful, and efficient. He always greets customers with a smile and makes sure everything is done quickly and correctly. His positive attitude really stands out and makes the visit feel warm and welcoming. Great service like this deserves to be recognized, thank you!“
