Old Town Pour House is one of our favorite go-tos, but this trip they weren't quite up to snuff. We reserved a low top table, but they didn't hold one for us so we had to wait until something cleared. We ended up in a booth with 1 step, but were able to make it work. The hostess very kindly provided a chair for our guest to sit on while waiting for the table to clear. I've been here a handful of times. The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is not good. This is not about individual waiters/waitresses, the restaurant is understaffed. You need a lot of patience to eat here. Forget about ordering a second drink and getting the check can take almost as long as your meal. The management needs to hire more staff, it's not more complicated than that.

We always love coming here for the good feed and the wide variety of beers! Our service is always a little slow but generally good. We're sad to see the Pour House leave this area, and we hope they come back to our area again!
