“We enjoyed a perfect evening for my son's rehearsal dinner! Blackwall Barn and Lodge is a great place to hold any event! Danny and the staff were extremely attentive and friendly. The food was beyond amazing. I wouldn't hesitate recommending the restaurant/Lodge to anyone. Love the atmosphere.“

“I honestly haven't been to Applebee's in a long time. In my mind it was one of those more lower end restaurants. My boyfriend suggested going there for a date night and I was excited to go. I was most impressed by the food selection at affordable prices. I sincerely had a hard time deciding what I wanted. I did not feel rushed by the server. All of the food was delicious. When my meal came out by blue cheese dip was missing but my server was right there to help. The place wasn't too crowded and I felt like I had privacy in the booth we sat in. Highly recommend this Applebee's!“

“Last night Arundel High Cheer had their banquet there and I was amazed at how well James and the waitstaff catered to all our needs. We had a group of estimated 60 ppl and they went above and beyond. The food was served in a timely manner, portions were good and the taste was amazing as well. Thank you soo much for all your great service, we will definitely be back.“

“I just stopped by to pick up an online order while on a walk with my new 6 month old puppy.
She's kinda nervous and doesn't like going through doors she's unfamiliar with rn so I was struggling to bring her inside.
I wanted to leave this review to specifically thank the manager (I think his name is Tyler? Tall guy, big beard usually wears the red grumps shirt) who saw that I was struggling and came over to the door, got my name and brought me my order outside. He was so kind and said hi to my dog, pet her and we talked about how he had a few dogs of his own.

Just wanted to shout out what a kind gesture this was and I really appreciated it. Don't know what this guy makes but he should get a raise for sure. I always see him when I'm there taking care of everything and everyone, customers and fellow coworkers alike.“

“This was the Shrimp and crab cake benedict over cheesy grits. The shrimp were plump, the crab cakes were packed with crab meat. Everything about this dish was 😘🤌🏾. Also, they serve fresh squeezed OJ which I appreciate.

This place gets busy. Although my party didn't have to wait to be seated around 11 am, as we were leaving around Noon, we noticed quite a few people waiting to be seated.“

“This picture really doesn't do this sub any justice. It was one of the best I've had in a really long time. I had a large classic cheesesteak. You get 2 subs just like the one picture when you order a large. It was great. I also ordered the chicken chipotle crunch. That was good as well. I can't wait to go back!“
