“At first this was going to be a bad review. I placed my order at the counter (planning to eat in) chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. When I got my food and sat down, I realized I had fries instead. A very nice lady (Gail) asked how everything was and I explained the mix up. I walked up to see what was happening and a young lady (manager) said give back the fries and we will give you the Mac and Cheese. This is VERY poor customer service. I declined her offer. Gail intervened and brought me my Mac and cheese whis is what the manager should have done in the first place“
“Great service, ordered six meals through the app for pick up within 30 minutes everything was ready to go in packaged up nicely. I forgot my two bags of ice because I was moving too quickly and they followed up immediately by phone, I didn't want to turn around so I told him don't worry about it. Manager was so nice, credited me every word on the app. Great customer service“
