“At first this was going to be a bad review. I placed my order at the counter (planning to eat in) chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. When I got my food and sat down, I realized I had fries instead. A very nice lady (Gail) asked how everything was and I explained the mix up. I walked up to see what was happening and a young lady (manager) said give back the fries and we will give you the Mac and Cheese. This is VERY poor customer service. I declined her offer. Gail intervened and brought me my Mac and cheese whis is what the manager should have done in the first place“
“Had an hour for lunch, then right back to Crofton High School for math professional development. Ordered ahead on the app and had food brought to our table. Great service and food. Everything was good and hot. Made it back with 10 minutes to spare. Love the app!“
