Chick-fil-A in Baltimore

“I have never in my life experienced such incredible customer service as the way Jerry treated us. He is truly an amazing person—extremely polite, professional, and dedicated to his job in a way that words can’t even describe.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, but the next time I come back, it won’t be for the food. It will be because of Jerry and the amazing experience he gave us.

“I got lunch here with my toddler and it was super packed, yet our food was ready quickly and every employee was super friendly and caring!
Charles N was particularly kind and attentive, getting my daughter an eating mat and coloring page with crayons when he saw us sit down.

“I’ve been here a couple of times, but today was better than ever. Everyone here is beyond nice, not just because they are paid to but because they are good people. They were super attentive with us and when closing time came, they didn’t kick us out they just gave us a polite heads up. Everyone at this location are the best I have ever gotten to experience“

“I specifically wanted to write a review for one employee that’s been amazing to everyone here despite it being unbelievably busy. Mr. Emmett has been helping people throw away their trash, bringing us papers for the tables, and brought me ketchup instead of going to the counter. He’s extremely proactive, mopping the floors and quickly taking out the trash when it gets full. I’m not sure what his position is, but whatever it is, he needs a raise😊“

“I've always been a sucker for a great chicken sandwich! These def don't disappoint. I've always added sauces to mine as when they come plain with a pickle it just seems to be lacking a certain pizzazz which a bit of mayo & chick fill a sauce remedies immediately! I've also lived for their newer sandwiches that come with yummy add ons including cheese Tomato & delicious sauces“

“This is my favorite Chick-fil-A! Granted I don't usually go inside any of the others but I've been inside this one on several occasions and have always been impressed with the level of customer service I've received. It is clean and the staff are friendly and courteous. AND...the food is fresh and good and FRESH! I've never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff check in on you to see how you're doing and take additional orders if you want them while you are still seated. There is one lady in particular (I don't know her name but will find out on my next visit and add it later) who is exceptionally nice and friendly, but every staff member I've come in contact with is great! I really love this place...next time you are near Security go inside and check it out you won't be sorry!“

“Standard Chick-fil-A food. We ordered three chicken sandwiches along with medium fries as we were coming from Las Vegas to Baltimore to Fort Lauderdale. It was easy to order and food came out quick. The location is situated pretty centrally along with other restaurants and amidst the A/B concourse.“
