“I've been coming to Hunan Express since I was a teenager. Their food is always really delicious and the prices are great for the large amount that you get! The family that runs the restaurant is really kind as well! The General Tso's tofu is my favorite dish!“

“The food was OK, except you can't serve someone those big chunks of zucchini like that. It's not pleasant. You have to cut them bite size. Zucchini is not the type of vegetables you want big chunks of. Also more variety of vegetables. What happened to snow peas, carrots etc.“

“I ordered lo mien and won ton soup and I would say they both have a different taste than what I’m used to. It’s not as mid as mall Asian food, as the noodles are actually normal size. Lots of scallions in the soup, which I like! But the won ton dough itself was hard, not soft at all.“

“I have been searching for a good Chinese restaurant in the area for so long. I’ve tried the majority of the ones in the area and always leave disappointed. I actually loved the food here. I got the general Tsos chicken and I loved it. Just the taste was great. I got my husband the shrimp and chicken lo mein and he loved it. The boneless spare ribs were good also and the wontons did not disappoint.

“First time ordering from here and the food was good. We ordered classic fried rice with shrimp, young chow fried rice with shrimp, spring rolls and Philly egg rolls; totaling $35. The portions are very generous for the rice and the spring/egg rolls come in twos. I do wish the fried rice had a little more soy sauce but that was a quick fix at home. I wasn't a fan of the spring rolls; however, the Philly egg rolls were great! I love how clean it smelled upon walking in. It smelled very fresh on the inside. This establishment appears to be really clean. We will be back.“

“I wanted to try a new place. So, I got the General Tso's chicken combo with pork fried rice and a shrimp egg roll. I absolutely loved the fried rice with the little bean sprouts in it. My shrimp egg rolls were full of shrimp. And my chicken was very good too.

“Love this place! Haven't eaten here for years ever since I moved to another state but I'm glad we came here for dim sum when I was in the area. We arrived 15 minutes before opening time on 11am on a Sunday morning and were almost immediately seated. There were already some people eating. Immediately after being seated, the food carts started coming by with a large variety of steaming hot dishes. Food was steaming hot and delicious! The waiter was very attentive, stopping by often to serve us hot tea, iced water, drop off the soy sauce and chili oil when requested, and pick up the empty dishes. The food carts also came by frequently in case we wanted to get more dishes. By 11:10am there was a line of people waiting for a free table. We finished our meal in record time by 11:30. Excellent service! Will come by again when I'm in the area.

Had a severe craving for dim sum after coming back from Europe. Arrived 11:30am on Sunday and was seated pretty quickly. Ordered our favorites: beef stew, siumai, sharkfin, stuffed bean curd, sticky rice, etc. The server for our area was really quick with tea, waters, chili oil, picking up empty steamer baskets and dishes, bringing us any extra food to take home, extra take home containers, and getting our bill at the end. If the envious people at home hadn't put in last minute take home orders, we would have been in and out within 30 minutes.“

“Just started working in town about 3 weeks ago. Grabbed this takeout. Call ahead to order they say which I luckily did. Anyway the rice is really good and packed tight. “We travel to this area frequently and my children love the food at Panda Express anywhere we go. Although the food and service is always good, I want to especially brag on the service this evening. The restaurant made a mistake on my order that I didn’t realize until I was already back at my hotel room. When I called them, they immediately offered to fix the mistake by delivering the missed item to me and were at my hotel within 10 minutes which was AWESOME! “Best Chinese place in Maryland. I’ve been eating at many Chinese food places in Md , from Towson, lutherville, timonioum, Aberdeen Elton & Anne Arundel County for nearly 50 years. Never have I had such quality & quantity as I have gotten like Ho Wok. Always fresh & cooked perfectly , Mr & Mrs Ho are very nice & professional y mannered best family oriented both in restaurant & delivery. I only order from Ho Wok. “The food is always amazing here. The service is good, but not necessarily great. The ladies that are doing the orders and also waiting tables always seem too busy to put in that extra added time with customers that pushes it over the top, but they are definitely pleasant and professional.

“New China Kitchen is the only Chinese take- out we get! This is a family owned business and Jason and his wife are exceptionally kind with a top notch level of service you don’t get anywhere else. They have the BEST crab rangoons in town (the perfect thick flaky fried breading with generous filling), as well as the best wonton soup (their broth is magical, we quite literally drink it when we’re sick or hungover), and their orange chicken is the ONLY orange chicken our 10 year old will eat in the area.
