“Karen is an amazing baker. She saved the day after we were let down for our wedding cake. She delivered a beautiful 3 tiered cake. The flavours were a delicious lemon with lemon curd, vanilla and raspberry and chocolate biscuit cake. All our guests were raving about it. Couldn't recommend her enough 😊💕“

“Ok so I’m not a greedy person. However, for the price I thought it would be a tad bit bigger. I understand inflation though. Outside of that I tried the biscoff and it was delicious!!! I want the other one i think has burnt caramel and I’m not a big fan of caramel. Just the description of it sounds marvelous. I’ll definitely order again. Oh and I did Uber Eats and I add special instructions for them to staple my bag and they did it. That was the best part of this experience. Something so small that means A LOT. Thank you guys!! 💐🫶🏾“

“A friend of mine told me I had to try Insomnia cookies. She said they are the best. The shop smells amazing when you walk in. Friendly service. So many yummy choices. I tried a couple and was not disappointed!! I will definitely stop in here or other locations when I see them. I also like that they have ice cream options as well. “This store saved a graduation gift from us that DoorDash totally messed up. Let me explain, We ordered from Va thru the Crumbl app and was delivered thru DoorDash well the DoorDash driver left the cookies on the doorstep and well the ants had a nice dinner. So when our graduate came home to her gift she got a surprise of ants on her beautiful cookies. So when she called us we were so upset. So we called the store and they called their owner. And boy did he go out of his way to make it right! He made another order and had it delivered from the store personally. Wow! What amazing customer service!
