“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. However, I did notice a decline in the level of customer service since the change in ownership. The staff seemed less attentive and lacked the warmth and friendliness that I have come to associate with Chick-fil-A. It was a shame to see the standards seemingly lowered at this location. I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.

On a positive note, the food quality remained consistently good during my visit. The signature Chick-fil-A sandwiches were flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing the brand's commitment to using quality ingredients. The taste and freshness were as enjoyable as ever, and I was satisfied with my meal.

Furthermore, the restaurant's cleanliness was praiseworthy, except for one minor issue. I noticed the area around and under the trashcan near the front of the restaurant on the outside could use some attention. While this was a small flaw in an otherwise clean environment, it is worth mentioning as it could be easily addressed to maintain the overall cleanliness of the establishment.

In conclusion, the newly remodeled Chick-fil-A restaurant offers a visually appealing and clean dining experience. However, the customer service fell short of expectations, and it seems that standards have been lowered since the change in ownership. Nevertheless, the food quality remains consistently good, and with some improvements in customer service, this location has the potential to be exceptional once again.

THIS Panera is much better run. Well stocked. Crew is always friendly and responsive. Food order is correct & served quickly. Dining room is well looked after. Restroom clean. Def a step above the "other one".

“I work at the Port and love to have the convenience of this restaurant. They also take care of paperwork copying for truckers which is much needed. Very friendly atmosphere and the food is delicious. Very wide variety also. I just wish they were open longer hours. God bless to those workers due to the bridge collapse. I hope it doesn't close the restaurant too long. God help all the Port workers including myself.

“It's Chick-fil-A.. what more can really be said? (IYKYK) Chick fila is THE ONLY fat food drive through food establishment that I frequent. once you have the chick fila drive through expierence, interacting with their wonderfully mannered, thoughtful, and polite staff who always are wearing an infectious smile ? I will not go to another Mcds or BK ever again. I would rather leave the drive through with a smile rather them insulted, ticked off, with the wrong or incomplete order. and always that thought in your mind, if they are that rude to your face.. imagine how they handled my food?
I've never had a bad experience at chick fila, the only problem is when we use drive through to take home with us and the food runs out! My kids get pumped whenever chick filas mentioned! and the toys that come in the happy meals are always really cool and well thought.

Parking: Chick-A-fila is ALWAYS packed and busy, the wait times for good are never long, but it can be difficult to navigate the parking lots and find a spot.

Kid-friendliness: 100% kid friendly. kids play area. they also have an employee who walks around handing out free ice cream cones to all the kids that are dining in. I have also seen them handing out ice cream cones to kids waiting in the drive though lines.
