“We have enjoyed Mission BBQ over the years and we decided to have Mission cater our wedding. We were surprised with the extent of services they offered! Not only did they provide the BBQ with sides but we also got appetizers (Cocktail Shrimp and Caprese Skewers), cake cutting service, and excellent cleanup of the buffet area. We even got a card from the staff and a phone call thanking us for choosing them and wishing us well. We want to shout-out Kathryn Donn for her exceptional work in helping us with this catering experience. She went above and beyond in preparing for this event with excellent customer service. “I got the lobster roll and French onion soup. The lobster was great, the bun was not fresh so it began to crumble and fall apart. It then required a fork in order to eat it.
I have had their French onion soup too many times to count. On this visit they hardly put any cheese on top. Just a little disappointing when you are already used to something.
The story soda was out of syrup. Ugh, that first drink was nasty.
The green tea drink that they have in the clear dispenser looked like a dirty fish tank.“

I hope that the management takes note of this feedback and works towards restoring the exceptional customer service that Chick-fil-A is known for.
