“In Maryland, this place is as good as it gets for Korean Chinese food. You can’t compare it to best Korean Chinese food restaurants in Korea because it’s just not a fair comparison but what they do well here, they know how to do like the spicy noodle (짬뽕) and fried chicken (깐풍기). Their jjampong soup is delicious, with the right amount of spice and seafood flavor in it to give you that kick but also a taste of the ocean. Their fried chicken is most unique kkanpoongi I have ever had as it’s in like a lollipop shape like they advertise and the crispy, crunch, juiciness of the chicken is phenomenal. I would venture to say that’s their best and signature dish. The black bean noodle (짜장면) is average as the sauce is not rich enough. The noodles are handmade which is a nice touch as well and you can see the noodle chef working behind the tinted glass. Overall ambience has really improved after they remodeled and servers are friendly and attentive. It’s just a proper well run neighborhood restaurant and nobody comes close to this in Maryland.“
“I’ve been to many of the ramen places near or around Chinatown and this is where I keep returning. The portion sizes are bigger, cheaper, and most importantly - tastier. I love the old records on the wall and overall ambience. It’s never too loud in here despite being downtown.“
“I used uber eats so can't speak to service but flavor was a GO! I got the spicy pork banh mi which came loaded with pork and a nice balance of fresh toppings to offset the spice and YES! There was spice!! The bread was a bit hard on the outside (think french bread presentation without french bread flavor or chew) and i requested extra mayo which must've been missed in the notes. Still satisfying.“

You will miss this gem if you don't look carefully...you go in through the back...when we walked eyes were on us because it was all Asian customers and they thought we were door dash ! We told them we would like to be seated, they said sit anywhere. We saw some amazing meals coming out the kitchen that I asked the server what somebody else had and that's what I ordered without disappointment!!! Deliciousness is all I can describe it as!!! “Before heading back home yesterday, we in here. We ordered for Dan dan carbonara, Sichuan dumplings, fried rice and fried chicken. It's vegan food but we tried still to find out the taste. Our children did not notice any change of taste for the chicken given that it's plant based/vegan food. We're happy about it since they were able to eat without complaining. Means that the food was great. The only challenge is the dine in area since they have limited space.But overall we loved the food☺️ and the service.“

It can be all plant based - I asked for mushrooms, spinach and broccoli to be added/substituted for the chicken, and with no hesitation they accommodated me! I'm so pleased with this Union Station fast casual option, located on the second level. If you take the stairs opposite the Amtrak ticket counter, you'll find it with big open air seating. This dish also includes tofu, vegetables, rice sticks & egg noodle combination in a coconut curry broth, with bean sprouts, fresh! green beans, and corn. Amazing, and spicy warm. “I grew up in Seattle and recently had a craving for just some basic Americanized teriyaki. First I tried Go-Stir Fry Express in Wheaton mall... was a bit disappointed, but it scratched the itch. Then I tried Hibachi Express in Kensington - Much better, not bad at all. But I like this one even more. They ask if you want extra teriyaki on top at the end, and they have more vegetables and chile sauce available (If I were to guess, probably just your run of the mill Huy-Fong Chili Garlic Sauce, but it's a nice contrast on your veggies and rice to the sweet . There's a white sauce too, but I cannot hang with mayo and I am 99% sure it's probably based on mayo. Only problem is that if I am going to Bestway across the street now, I have to decide between this, Aarash Market, or Pupuseria Vanessa if I'm hungry.“
