Perfecta! I was looking for somewhere that Honduras cuisine was sold, which is a rare find in the local MD area. I wanted to get something authentic for my hondureño friend, and I’m so grateful to have lucked up and took a chance on Baleada Express. Everything was finished very quick. Food came out fresh and hot. Service was very friendly and welcoming. I ordered the Carne Molida meal and Pollo con Tajadas. And I mean, come on, look at these pictures. Wow!! Usually I don’t leave reviews and I’ve seen this truck quite a few times while walking home from school but never chose to try it until now, the tacos and tortilla wrapped sandwiches were so good!!!
This place is a gem. I tried the Carnitas ceibeño. The beef was cooked well and juicy. That salsas is a delicious with pickled red onions and thinly sliced cabbage combo. The fried plantains and thin and crispy. I just saw a loads of people just eating in their car and knew this was the spot.
