I ordered 6 regular nuggets and 6 spicy nuggets with a medium lemonade and medium fry. I asked for everything made fresh, nothing was upon checking. I went inside and asked again, my items were just reheated not made fresh. Customer service was POOR manager addressed employee while I was trying to explain the problem. Also no napkins and young lady on the mic was rude to newer male employee.

The young man in the drive through closed the window on me and turned his back when I asked if I could get another drink. The tea I ordered was very watered down and didn’t taste right. He said they can’t change it and closed the window. Just thought that was really rude and unnecessary. There was woman with him that said they don’t make it there so no, I can’t get another drink. Once she said that, he closed the window and didn’t look back. Not nice to do that to anyone....read full review

Worst experience. I ordered $7 biggie bag drive thru I only get fries, chicken nuggets and the drinks. I have to go back and drove 3 miles to get the burger. The employee didn't gave me the receipt so I have to explain myself to get the burger I ordered smh. Never going to order biggie bag it's more expensive now.
