“Celebrated my girlfriend’s birthday. Our server Shannon overheard us talking about her birthday. After ordering which. took less than 15min for all three of us to receive our order. 4servers wished her a Happy birthday with ice cream“

Fries had no salt per (Jocelyn) so I didn't have to wait & have hot fries & cold burger.

Minus 1 star because food could have been a little hotter. It's was tolerable at luke warm.

“EASILY one of THE BEST burgers I’ve ever had! And I LOOOOVE burgers! It’s seasoned to perfection! The hun is soft and buttery with a light toast to it! And It digest so well! Quality is A+++++++++++ Never had bad service! I love it here!! 😃🤤“

“Yes! I love the concept. I love how it’s a hand made patty and the burger was cooked perfectly. In addition, you have an option to add items to your burger if you do the build your burger option. You can also choose their preselected choices which look really good. I chose to add sautéed onions, bacon, and Italian sausage. I will say although the Italian sausage was good, I wouldn’t add it again; it didn’t hurt the burger overall. You choose your seasoning (I chose basic), sauce (house bbq), lettuce and tomato. I also ordered the seasoned fries (garlic parmesan). I was curious so I asked for the spicy ranch. It was pretty good.“

“Good evening, We ate at your facility on Sunday evening. I ordered a Lancaster burger on gluten free roll. My husband ordered the OK burger. I have to tell you that I am soooo thankful that we ate there. The burger with the gf roll was phenomenal! The roll didn’t fall apart, it had delicious taste and the burger was perfect. I have celiac’s disease so sometimes it’s a little hard for me to eat out & not worry about cross contamination. But your facility is fantastic! Thank you so much!“

“The fries were super crispy, the sauce was acidic and creamy and the burger was really flavorful! I wish there was one closer to me but happy I got the chance to go today😄I will be back when I’m back in D.C. (This one is in the Whole Foods. It’s a bit awkward standing and waiting for your food but you could go and shop after you order if you wanted!)“
