“I can not believe this place. So first it has an indoor and outdoor place to order. The customer service was amazing. I was greeted and helped as soon as I walked in because they're were several people taking orders. Not only that but the Crabs were done already. I've never seen that before. It was like all she had to do was put them in a bag. They were still warm 15 minutes later when I was able to eat them. They were so so good too. I paid $20 for 1 dozen and I swear there were like 16 in the bag. This was super convenient as I was delivering a truck to Giant and could eat on My Lunch break.“

“My father and I come in often. The customer service is always top tier. I’m not sure if this guy is the manager, but Tayron memorizes our order and greets us by name every visit. He doesn’t realize how helpful it is because my dad is losing his memory. He loves his job and sets the tone for all the other staff. So grateful he deserves all the kudos.“

“Naked lunch is tasty and fresh. The staff is friendly and do their best to manage the long lines. My favorites are the greek potatoes (sub olives for mushrooms!), black bean burger with a side salad, buffalo chickpea tacos, crab cake sandwich, and moler bowl (mix the original dressing with the sesame dressing and add extra mushrooms!). Sometimes, they have a daily/weekly special that highlights an off menu entree, a soup, a muffin, and a drink of some sort. Shout out to Rob! He makes the best food! “I visited this location on Sunday, 02-25-24. I ordered a small mango-a-gogo for breakfast before leaving the city. There was only one young lady working; there were two people ahead of me, but as she was pleasant and kept the line moving.My smoothie was so good, I almost forgot to take a picture. Sure I'll be stopping by again the next time I'm in Union Station.“

“I’ve been to Tokoa about a dozen times now and every time I order their house cheesesteak. The problem is that this house cheesesteak changes about twice a month. I’ve seen it go from “The Steak” to “TK Cheesesteak” a handful of times now. With every name change, the sandwich itself changes too.

Last month, when it was “The Steak”… Holy Jeebus. It was probably the greatest meaty amalgamation one could ever ask for. It had tender, perfectly seasoned chunks of steak, lettuce, tomato, house sauce, melted garlic butter and it was topped with fried onions. I must’ve ordered this sandwich about 5 times in the span of a week or two. I even made a fool of myself and tried to order a large size (which they didn’t have for this version). I would do anything for that sandwich.

As of this month, it’s back to the “TK Cheesesteak”. This is your typical thinly-sliced steak with provolone and the usuals. Is it more true to a real Philly cheesesteak? Sure, and it’s still a pretty damn good one.

But nothing compares to “The Steak”.

I can’t speak to the rest of the menu, but it’s clear that the food here is made-to-order, super fresh, and sprinkled with love. Good stuff.“

“This is a great location. The staff is friendly and the store is very clean. Everyone is very personable and eager to help. The ONLY reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars is it’s a newer location and the young ladies are still learning and getting a flow for orders. Sometimes the wait it a little normal than I expect. When I’m trying to catch the train or get to class, etc it can through you off a little. That’s my only complaint but I’m sure with time it will more time efficient. I like the staff and vibe though!“

“I've been to this location multiple times. The store is always clean and the employees are helpful. The smoothies and sandwiches are very good. Great location if you're trying to grab a quick bite and do some shopping...or just head home. I'll continue to come here for my smoothie fix.

“Well seasoned and cooked food (not over or under cooked). Prices are reasonable for vegan food. The drumettes are the main reason I went to this restaurant and they did not disappoint. My order included collard greens, black eye peas over rice, lemon herb drumettes and honey drumettes. I never pass up sorrel and it was very good as well. I will return the next time I’m in MD.“
