“I had a great experience at the Burger King on Sharpsburg Pike in Hagerstown, Maryland. The drive-thru employee was incredibly upbeat, pleasant, and polite, which made my morning so much better! It's always nice to be greeted with a smile and friendly service when picking up my morning coffee. Thank you for starting my day off on such a positive note! Highly recommend this location for excellent service and a cheerful atmosphere.“
“Ok. All I have to say is this is the first time ever, I have had a fast food restaurant make a point to catch me as I pulled away because they left something out. I didn't catch his name, but thank you so much to the nerdy white kid with the pristine radio voice working the drive through! This store outshine the dual highway location by a mile. “Today service was great. I did have to wait for some fresh fries and mozzarella sticks and it was well worth it. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get everything yoi asked for and correctly made other times they add or forget stuff. Food was very fresh today.“
“The food came quickly. The staff was respectful and kind. The location although somewhat dated is clean. You can still have it your way at Burger King. I enjoy the many toppings I can ask for on top my burger. It's one of the few restaurants that I can get onion rings or fries with my delicious lunch or dinner, It's always a pleaser.“
