“On our way back from DC we looked for a place to eat on our way through Hagerstown MD and we found Chic's! Yum, yum! I had the crab cake platter (pictured) and my honey had the crab stuffed flounder platter. So many big chunks of crab in both dishes! The service was super good and the place had a great vibe. We'll be back!“
“I can't say THANKS enough! My family moved from Maryland in 2004 to Michigan (no fresh seafood other than whitefish). My family was in Hagerstown for a wedding. My daughter and I decided it was the perfect time to have crabs. I went to Potomac Seafood Market because of their reviews! I am so glad I did. I got 2 dozen of males #1 (hot from the pot) and 1 dozen of females for my daughter to try (cold). She also wanted some clams. We sat out on the porch of our brother-in-laws house and chowed down. It was so good! It was the first time in a long time having fresh cooked crabs. I have done mail order in the past.I want to thank everyone at Potomac Seafood Market for a wonderful meal and excellent service! It was incredible. When I am in Hagerstown, I will be stopping by! I promise! (I may have my brother-in-law pick me up some when he comes in the summer from you!)“
“Updated experience 3/14/24- eat at the bar if going for lunch. the main dining server makes the experience odd and uncomfortable. she forgets to offer bread, salt and pepper and you will not get a drink refill. “Delicious and great prices!!! Don't be fooled by the small appearance from the outside. Come inside to find a spacious, nicely decorated restaurant with lots of seating. Definitely not cramped. The menu is amazing. Lots to choose from for the whole family. The food tasted delicious and fresh. The food came out in decent amount of time and the service was great. The waitress was great at explaining the menu options. Great place for a date, family night out or a meet up with friends. Highly recommend this place for the food and ambiance.“

“We moved away from the area back to Frederick but still continue to get our crabs here. They can’t be BEAT for price and quality. Got some nice, sweet, heavy Mother’s Day females here. The seasoning is perfect, the prices are more than fair and the service is friendly and helpful. The crabs are steamed just right, you can easily get meat even out of the tiny legs. They are never overdone! These guys know how to run a great crab truck operation and get Kudos all the way around! Thank you guys, we’ll definitely be back for more this summer! ?“

The owner, Tess, is Nick’s daughter and gives the family restaurant the liveliness it deserves. “The Lobster Tail was tenders and very Juicy. Taste was exceptional, even the biscuits were great. Seems like they just came out of the oven. The only suggestion I have is that the pilaf rice was undercooked, just a little more time needed to make it perfect. Everything else was awesome!“

“Had a wonderful dinner this evening. The ribeye steak was done to perfection. The jumbo lump crab cake was full of lump crabmeat, and NOT filler. The baked potatoe melted in your mouth. The ceasar salad is the BEST i have ever had. The chocolate lava cake with ice cream was a Great dessert to top of our wonderful meal. Our waitress was polite and on time with everything. They deserve more than a 5 star. Would highly recommend them.“

The experience my family encountered during this celebration couldn't have been better! The owner Mr.Luis and his amazing team of servers went above and beyond to make this important beautiful event for our daughter's Quince. Everything went so smooth with having tables nicely setup, food being served right on point at the perfect time, delicious fresh authentic italian food, the service was spectacular! Anything we needed they provided with care. Everyone here was so kind and caring like no other place in Hagerstown. We can not Thank everyone enough for the outstanding service we experienced yesterday that was just the Icing on the cake for our princess special celebration.
