“I came here last week to pick up some food for me and my mom so I don't have to cook all the time. I got the spinach and brie quiche, the Italian roasted vegetables, and the core slaw. Everything was so delicious and fresh! I would like to see more info on the food packaging such as ingredients and nutrients. Also, I tried to microwave the containers-- not a great idea! Lol. “I'm on a search to find the best New York style pizza.....and let me tell you, this place is becoming my new favorite! It's consistent and it has the crunchy button with the nice fold! If you know, you know! Only issue I have so far is the sausage, it's not the kind of sausage I'm used to getting on pizza. It's more like hamburger meat when cooked and chopped up. The flavor isn't bad, it's just not something I really enjoy on my pizza. Other than that this place is awesome. The pizza is really tasty and look fresh! I recommend getting a whole pie or slices. They also serve other things here which look really good.“

Nobody ever charged me before and I guess the person serving it heard me question it and ended up giving me 2 pieces. I paid for it I just didn't know they charged. I was just taken back. They didn't give me the correct food I ordered but it wasn't a big deal, just check your bag before you leave! If you aren't a big eater I would recommend a kids meal even for adults - chicken nuggets, fries, and you can replace the toy with their ice cream for free! (Plus a kids drink) All for a good deal too.“
“We were looking for a spot to escape Baltimore traffic and this location is just off the highway in a strip. Inside, it’s plain, no frills, some seating. We saw a few folks grab takeout while we were there. We don’t have anything like this where we are from so a build your own Poke bowl sounded intriguing to me and it’s a great idea! I was probably a little too ambitious in my choice because my kids and my senior mother were kind of ho-hum about it. After we left, my teenager wanted a pizza. Although he liked the sushi parts of the bowl, the other add-ins were just too complex for him. I think a kid’s menu would have helped my 11 year old buy into it more as well. But their lack of enthusiasm was no reflection of the food, which was delicious. The premade specialty Poke bowls are VERY sloppy but the portions are huge! If I tried it again, I’d build my own and go leaner. The owner brought us spring rolls on the house. Delicious!“

“I eat here every time I am in Towson, Timonium or Cockeysville area. The service is always polite and courteous. They are almost too attentive checking if they can do more. The best part is the food. This is the best golden nugget hidden in the area. You can never go wrong with their specials. I talked to the staff and they said they cater and deliver batch orders to many local businesses. If you have a group that would like regularly scheduled fresh deliveries you should give them a call. They will no doubt be the caterers at my next function.“
“We checked out Coal Fire for lunch while moving our daughter to the area. Mia was a great server and gave us some great recommendations, which all turned out wonderfully. The thin crust pizza was very tasty (we went with their signature sauce, at Mia's recommendation). The mozzarella sticks as an appetizer were also a great suggestion. I suspect this will become a regular place for our daughter, and we look forward to visiting again soon.“

People usually make a line 30 minutes prior to them opening and the line stretches way too long. I don’t blame them if they can’t seem to find enough people to hire though.“

He needs a shout-out for outstanding professionalism, patience and capacity dealing with an online order for a business meeting that could have been a disaster but ended well and the problem was solved. I met him at the Baltimore Nally Fresh but later learned he is a manager at this Hunt Valley location and just happened to be in the city the day of our order issue. Turns out, they have a new system and wasn't online. Nino didn't miss a beat. He mobilized the Baltimore staff to pull together our very large order, took my number and followed up after researching and resolving the issue. Thank you Nino and Nally Hunt Valley for sourcing good people.“
