We noticed the Federalist Pig food truck on one of our neighborhood walks. Service was fast! Loved the black and yellow colors; it's pretty unique. Folks were friendly, offering to give us extra sauces after hearing us mention we'd like to try them all. Ok let's get into the food. The Mac and cheese was better than a stand establishment not nothing close to home made. It's casserole Mac and cheese which I always love. Came here for the first time to order takeaway on a weekend. We ordered their combo of 4 meats and 3 sides. For meats: brisket, half grilled chicken, jalapeño cheese sausage, and pork belly. For sides: crispy brussel sprouts, fries, and mac n cheese. Total came out to around $40. We also took a sample of each of their 6 bbq sauces. What's Hot - Quality. Pretty delish. Their jalapeño cheese sausage actually has a spicy kick to it. Hubby loved their burnt ends of the brisket....read full review
