“The gentleman working this afternoon was amazing. I have never experienced better customer service. He was kind, professional, personable, just absolutely wonderful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with him. He was kind to our children and made our shy one feel genuinely comfortable placing her order. The sandwiches were perfectly delicious! The place was spotless and well organized. Lovely experience for our lunch and we will absolutely be back as long as he is there!

Edit to add: I saw other reviews about his accent. He was so patient and understanding whenever we asked him to repeat himself so that we could better understand. Which wasn't often because he is, in fact, speaking English. It takes very little to understand him as he even gestures to what he is asking about and enunciates well.“

“Great time last night. Stopped in for a quick sandwich with my daughter.. she immediately starts talking to a gentleman.. meets his friend.. both are super friendly and ask her name. They spark up quite a Convo.. after a slurpee just her size, big bag of popcorn for her true loves birthday ( yes.. she told them all about him) and tomatoes with cheese all for her.. they made her night!! Long story shorter.. We met the owners of Subway in Fallston Jeff and Jake!! They were the nicest and absolutely made our night! Thanks guys.. she is now waiting on her store key in the mail ???“

“Hello! I work for a company that provides care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and I frequently take one of my clients to this location for lunch on our days out. I just want to say that the service here is always excellent. So much so that he always looks forward to dining at this particular Subway. The bar was raised even higher today as the woman working behind the counter (Aug 16th, around noon. I apologize for not catching her name) provided *exceptional* service. She was patient with my client as he placed his order and was very attentive as he pondered what he'd like to eat. Unfortunately, it's not often that I meet such kind, patient, and genuine staff when taking my clients out as their speech can sometimes be difficult to understand, and they can sometimes struggle with placing their orders. To the woman working today, I just want to thank you for your kindness and your service and for continuing to give my client something to look forward to when we go out for lunch. He appreciated your fantastic attitude and work ethic and will be talking about our visit for a long time to come!“
