If you go to this place 5 days a week. 2-3 of those days, they will mess up your order. Only go if you absolutely have to. I recommend going a few miles down the road to another Dunkin. The don't listen and they rush the orders thru without paying attention.
I probably frequent this Dunkin way more than I should but how can I not? They are efficient, kind, welcoming people. Their customer service skills are incredible, they know me by name, my coffee is always right and tastes great, they’re more than accommodating, and they go above and beyond. They always have a smile on their face, and really I just want to commend both morning and evening Dunkin crew on everything you all are.
