“I probably frequent this Dunkin way more than I should but how can I not? They are efficient, kind, welcoming people. Their customer service skills are incredible, they know me by name, my coffee is always right and tastes great, they’re more than accommodating, and they go above and beyond. They always have a smile on their face, and really I just want to commend both morning and evening Dunkin crew on everything you all are. Jefferson, I know you weren’t thrilled with Dunkin coming to town, but really they’re an amazing addition to the community. I won’t go to any other Dunkin.“

“Frederick would not be the same without this place. You know you're in for a surprise when you see that purple box! The donuts are made fresh to order... you are even able to reheat em! They are filling I could only eat two max and about the price of Dublin which is insane to me. The variety of donuts is ridiculous even overwhelming especially when trying to pick your dozen! A good issue to have lol they also have monthly flavors that keep things interesting. My favorite part about the shop is that you feel like a local/family thanks to the amazing father and daughter duo behind the scenes! Truly love this place“

“Special like in wedding cakes. The have excellent pastry for office meetings and any other occasion. Cookies and muffins and slices of different cakes with butter cream icing which is not has heavy and not super sweat like sugar cakes. Go visit them when they first open to purchase your choices. They do sell out quickly. It's work a visit many times over. Small counter to see some of your sweat that you are interested in.“

“Fresh hot donuts but you're not going to believe what the clerk told me. I offered a tip she told me that she is required to take that and put it in the till for the corporation that is really nasty. You know that they are not paying these people very much and the company expects them to drop the tips in the till. That's why the one star on atmosphere“

“I saw a large number of negative reviews and was quite honestly shocked. This happens to be one of the top Dunkin Donuts I have been to. I order quite frequently and the staff is always friendly, orders are always correct, and the food is fresh and made how it should be.“

“I only ever order drive-thru, so I can't speak on the dining area. That said, this is certainly my favorite Dunkin in the area. The food (almost) always comes out nice and hot, coffees are made well, and the employees are always kind and respectful. The main downside for me is how quick the turnover rate seems to be, as there always seems to be new people, which can slow down the line some days. Otherwise, this is a great spot to come get a quick fix before your morning commute, or for a quick snack thoughout the day.“

“pulled into the drive thru to quickly grab a crosissanwich. the drive thru person seemed really tired but took my order very quickly. there seemed to be a holdup from the previous customers 3 down from me, but when that was solved, everyone in front of me moved within seconds. i was serviced basically 60 seconds after that guy that help up the line was done (3 cars down). croissanwich was wonderful! wish it was hotter bc it was lukewarm (reason why i removed a star). service was super fast though!“

“25Feb.2024 My 1st time in this spot and as soon as I walked in the cashier greeted me with a nice hello. My order was taken and read in 3 minutes.I had a wonderful 1st visit and if I’m s driving through again, I’ll stop in for my iced coffee. Thanks guys!!Parking: Tight parking lot due to the wannabe(only)Italian restaurant in the neighborhood and everybody wants to be there. So all those customers take up all of the lot. Dunkin’ has two mobil pick-up spots, two handicap spots,and a regular spot in front of the building.Kid-friendliness: Regular spot in here for all.“
