The Gingerbread cookie Gelato with two shots of espresso will change your life. Run, do not walk, to this place and order the affogato. The staff told me they ordered the Gelato from an Italian supplier. I have tried their seasonal gelato so many times, and I can't stay away from this place. “Stopped in 15 minutes before closing on my husband’s birthday so I could get him something delicious. They never made me feel rushed and were absolutely lovely. I picked a key lime cheesecake slice, a berry tart, and a chocolate crème brûlée. My husband loved them all. Our favorite, though, was the cheesecake. SO delicious. I’ll definitely be back!“

I was hiking up in the Frederick municipal forest heading down Hamburg road back into Frederick and there it was a Starbucks I never seen before so I stopped in got two drinks..

“I went through the drive through around 2pm today (Monday) and your team was on point! Extremely helpful service and they moved the long line quickly and efficiently. I asked about a Java Chip Frappuccino because I hadn't had one in a long time. Although it is no longer on the menu, they said they could make me one. Can I please tell you that this was the best Frappuccino I have ever had from any Starbucks!! I fear that I will be chasing the perfection of that frapp for the rest of my life. Haha. “Cafe Nola is a fun alternative cafe and bar located at the center of historic Frederick. I've been visiting Cafe Nola for 12 years as my staple restaurant of this area. It's friendly for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten free individuals a like.

It's a perfect spot for a weekday date to sit at the bar and share one of their original shooter recipes, or even a mid-morning brunch and working spot featuring one of their beautifuly tailored cocktails.

Cafe Nola is a known gem in my opinion, so if you plan to visit on a weekend ensure you get your table early and get on the waitlist! But I guarantee you it is well worth the wait.

On accessibility: restrooms and the restaurant are generally wheelchair and stroller accessible, but there is two heavy doors through the entrance that I struggle to open. Additionally they have no available hook in at least one of their restrooms, which causes some issues for me as someone with a medical bag, or mom's with a diaper bag.

They're still 6/5 for being the best restaurant on the strip.“

“Sharon in the green shirt gives this restaurant a 5/5. I stopped in with my son late last week. Location was right off the hwy and it was busy. It looked like Sharon was running both the front drive through window, getting her own orders, and and running lobby counter... I only needed counter service b/c McD kiosks don't have a cheeseburger happy meal option ...
Despite being swamped Sharon slowed her pace down enough to carefully and slowly take my son's order and make sure that it was correct with what he wanted/didn't want and then she returned to her normal fast pace.
The owner might say that she's just doing her job BUT to the customer, she's set apart from a normal experience to a great restaurant experience.
PS - EFFICIENTLY running 3 stations when it's swamped should at least earn a performance Bonus.... Without that person, the store manager or the owner would likely have to come in or close early....“

There is always a large whole fish, spectacular lobster tails, oysters or pikes of sea scallops, etc. couldn’t resist loading up on king salmon on the latest trip; it was delicious, pan fried with butter and rosemary. Staff is always very well informed about their products and helpful about cooking ideas.“
