“I probably frequent this Dunkin way more than I should but how can I not? They are efficient, kind, welcoming people. Their customer service skills are incredible, they know me by name, my coffee is always right and tastes great, they’re more than accommodating, and they go above and beyond. They always have a smile on their face, and really I just want to commend both morning and evening Dunkin crew on everything you all are. Jefferson, I know you weren’t thrilled with Dunkin coming to town, but really they’re an amazing addition to the community. I won’t go to any other Dunkin.“

“This is more so a rating on a staff member than the establishment (though the times I’ve been here, it is well kept, bright, with lots of natural lighting. There are a variety of seating, and some patio as well. The staff have always been friendly and attentive and the work area are kept clean and appealing). I happened to go through the drive-thru today and was greeted by Dennis. While I was driving through, I was on the speaker phone with a friend. When I got to the window Dennis proceeded to ask if i needed napkins and a drink topper and all the time was very pleasant. As this may seem menial, these days, and at a drive-thru, it was an incredible breath of fresh air of the great customer service Dennis provided. Just the simple inquiries made a great start to my day. Even my friend heard the entire conversation and they said that they felt great, and they had nothing to do with the whole transaction. I’m sure Starbucks has other wonderful employees working at the store, but Dennis met me today and I wanted to give a shout out to him.“

“20231231 The baristas are very polite. They didn't have the peach to make the honey citrus mint tea. Initial they recommended boiling some peaches but we decided to go with it. It turned out the honey is what makes the tea good, in my opinion. The tea was still good. They have the Maryland been there mugs, if you are looking for it. I already got mine long time ago.b?“

“This particular Starbucks is located inside the Giant Food Supermarket at 3530 Sugarloaf Parkway and as such, could be easy confused with the stand alone Starbucks located at 3400 Urbana Pike Urbana, MD.. The photo is from the 3400 Urbana Pike, not the setup inside the Giant Supermarket. Therefore, one hopes that the reviewers do not mix the two locations up inadvertently. As such, there is a limited menu at this location, mostly beverages and cold pastries. The setup was recently moved to the left hand entrance in order to give more room for the customers. The beverages are well prepared, at least for the chocolate Frappuccino's that I like to order. It is a good alternative to the stand alone Starbucks a few blocks away, especially on a very busy Saturday when the drive through at 3400 is really backed up.“

“This is a cozy, funky cafe with delicious food options for vegans and omnivores (perfect for my family, since I am a vegan and some of my family members prefer to eat at restaurants with meat options). I ordered the black bean wrap with a side salad (which was vegan without modifications). It was a colorful and creative combination of flavors and textures! It's refreshing to have a bean-based vegan option as opposed to tofu or meat alternatives. The waiter was also friendly and accommodating. After I complimented the artwork, he wrote down the names of the artists so I could check them out.

“Stopped by this Dunkin' location on my way home from a sporting event in Frederick, MD.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Plenty of parking out front and relatively easy to get into and out of this location. Pretty close to Route 15 which was really convenient. Inside is well decorated with branding and plenty of seating.

I placed a mobile order from the car upon arrival, and it was prepared very quickly. Two medium iced coffees, a Latte and a Bacon, Egg and Cheese Wake-Up Wrap. They are so delicious! Order was correct and we were on our way.

Great experience!

“Yes this location managed by Nick has really amazing staff. I realize that Starbucks has a brand of great customer service but this location goes above and beyond their customer service level. I am grateful for the great staff such as Patrea, Zoe, Sarah, Natalie, Kylie among others. But one person whose heart is so kind and is very business minded and customer service centered is Nicole. I realize you are moving into a bank of America building and expanding. If there is a capacity for another lead, this should be her. She has a potential and acumen for a manager so this location needs to make sure they cultivate her natural gifts because she is definitely an asset to this franchise and location. “EDIT: Since the change in management this location has become MUCH better! I'm back to being a daily customer (sometimes more, I know...shameful ?) and they are on point almost every time. Wait times are limited, service is outstanding (there's even a singing barista who WE LOVE!) and overall this Starbucks is amazing ?? Thank you for going from 1* to 5!!
This is the absolute worst Starbucks ever. I visit this place DAILY and they consistently get my drink wrong and are unapologetic about it. It is beyond frustrating when paying $9 for a drink. They are 9 times out of 10 out of ingredients and seem to close whenever they feel like it. It is farther but I'll take my business to the one by Target. They are fantastic!!“
