“I'm not the biggest fan of the dunkin in New Market, but I did take my girls for ice cream yesterday and we happened to get the nicest worker ever (I didn't get her name but she has red hair). She offered to get my girls a kids size ice cream in regular cups because they were out of the small cups. The manager came by and yelled at he, right infront of us, because the amount of ice cream was too much... the woman who served us was so nice to us, sweet to me girls, and made them super happy... how does a manager not care about giving great customer service and then make a big deal about the teaspoon of extra ice cream?! Anyway, if you do go there, look for the super ice lady with the gorgeous red hair!“

“The boba tea and all options, including non-dairy, makes this place so special. However, they are not just special; they are exceptional! Try the affogato. The Gingerbread cookie Gelato with two shots of espresso will change your life. Run, do not walk, to this place and order the affogato. The staff told me they ordered the Gelato from an Italian supplier. I have tried their seasonal gelato so many times, and I can't stay away from this place. The Summer season had a watermelon mint (amazing!) while the gingerbread cookie for fall/winter is off the hook. The coffee quality is truly exceptional.“

“We met up with family in Frederick and found this cute breakfast spot recommended by locals. Food and coffee were delicious! Staff meant business but they were down to earth. It was very busy but service was fast. We will definitely be back.“

“My sister has been bragging about Whistle Stop for weeks as she visits often for coffee. Today I got to try a few different coffees and none of them disappointed. Even tho I LOVE coffee the Apple Butter Chi Latte with Oat Milk BLEW the coffee out of the water. It was so delicious I had to get another for the ride home! You can sip your coffee while exploring the trains. The owner was just as sweet as my Apple Butter Chi Latte! HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️“

“Stopped by to get some coffee and afternoon snack and the place was amazing. It felt cozy and warm with all the wood tones, cozy lighting and a cool electric fireplace still on in the summer ofcourse without the heat and brought so much life to the place. The Baristas were great and quickly took the order and warmed our food items. I ordered the new protein latte however they gave me a cold one and I asked for hot which they quickly changed and overall I am really happy with the service and the place“

“My partner and I have frequented this Starbucks location since they came to town, and we've been incredibly pleased by the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. Heck, the morning crew knows us by name - and yeah, that's likely a sign that we probably spend a little too much time there, but the level of effort that takes isn't a realistic expectation from a quick-service facility, and it makes us feel incredibly special.

Concerning some of the negative reviews, sure, the lines are sometimes long during peak hours, but what would you expect? We've seen this crew absolutely SLAMMED and yet the politeness and the professionalism remains.

“I went through the drive through around 2pm today (Monday) and your team was on point! Extremely helpful service and they moved the long line quickly and efficiently. I asked about a Java Chip Frappuccino because I hadn't had one in a long time. Although it is no longer on the menu, they said they could make me one. Can I please tell you that this was the best Frappuccino I have ever had from any Starbucks!! I fear that I will be chasing the perfection of that frapp for the rest of my life. Haha. Absolutely delicious. Whoever made that drink knows what they are doing and should be the corporate trainer. Thanks for the delicious treat and friendly smiles. You guys are the best!!!“

“I go there all of the Time! They know What I want! Plus it’s Fast!“

“This particular Starbucks is located inside the Giant Food Supermarket at 3530 Sugarloaf Parkway and as such, could be easy confused with the stand alone Starbucks located at 3400 Urbana Pike Urbana, MD.. The photo is from the 3400 Urbana Pike, not the setup inside the Giant Supermarket. Therefore, one hopes that the reviewers do not mix the two locations up inadvertently. As such, there is a limited menu at this location, mostly beverages and cold pastries. The setup was recently moved to the left hand entrance in order to give more room for the customers. The beverages are well prepared, at least for the chocolate Frappuccino's that I like to order. It is a good alternative to the stand alone Starbucks a few blocks away, especially on a very busy Saturday when the drive through at 3400 is really backed up.“

“I take my dog on a walk every afternoon and get him a pup cup and it’s one of the best parts of my day.Mauricio is always very helpful and cheerful and makes the place a great atmosphere. I get a decaf oat milk latte with vanilla.“

“Was there to pickup for DD. Order was taking longer than it should have because of an item still being prepared. Mgt was nice enough to give me coffee while I waited. Coffee was great, service was great, would go back to visit on my personal time.“

“I stop by this Starbucks fairly often on my way to work, and I usually order ahead through the mobile app or pick up my mobile order through the drive through. I also like trying some of the Starbucks drink “hacks” and customized recipes I find online, and I have to give them credit because they usually get even my more complicated orders pretty close to the T.

Service has generally been pleasant, and ordering ahead makes it a convenient stop in the morning. The atmosphere inside is relaxed and seems to attract a slightly older crowd whenever I stop in, which actually gives it a quieter feel.

My only small complaint is that sometimes the drinks seem just slightly off compared with other Starbucks locations. It’s hard to pinpoint exactly what it is, maybe the blending or proportions, but nothing major enough that I wouldn’t come back. Since this is a fairly newer location, it may simply be a matter of consistency.

Overall, it’s a convenient Starbucks with pleasant service, and they do a pretty good job handling customized mobile orders. I’ll definitely continue stopping here on my way to work.“

“Lovely place. Being a little bit far from my house, it can be a tough trek to walk to, but is easily worth it. The staff, namely Tiara, are so kind towards customers, and the food/drinks prepared are always great. This is 100% my go-to location when needing a snack or coffee.“

“Best fish counter of any grocery store in the area. Very well organized, super clean, and very enticing displays. There is always a large whole fish, spectacular lobster tails, oysters or pikes of sea scallops, etc. couldn’t resist loading up on king salmon on the latest trip; it was delicious, pan fried with butter and rosemary. Staff is always very well informed about their products and helpful about cooking ideas.“

“My order for my students (3 dozen donuts) was waiting for me when I got there, even though I placed it with not a lot of notice. The staff was very friendly and helpful! I even asked to add more to my order when I got there (5 dozen more) and they were happy to help, started on it right away and had it to me in no time! They packaged it nicely which made it easier for me to carry myself.“
