Yesterday, I went to get a drink which at first was wrong not because they messed up my order but because I didn't know the exact name of my drink I just new it was the " Lavender drink". Julissa tried to find out which drink was the one I wanted and in the middle the supervisor Diarra came in and help out so we could really find out what was the drink I wanted. I am a chai latte lover and their ultimate chai latte is something you can’t miss! It’s sweet with the aroma of vanilla and has a nice warm taste that soothes your body! Don’t miss on it. The best in DMV, do not remove your ultimate chai, you’re onto something here. I’ve been going around DMV to find strong and good chai latte. Ever since I went to Hawaii I can’t find something strong and delicious chai latte

Oh can I say the ham and cheese croissant with the Italian herb on top is just SO delicious! They toast it fresh for you and the croissant is buttery and soft. Most croissant places would be hard and left out for a while. I am satisfied with the quality.

I felt their almond croissant is ok, I like mine a bit sweeter, maybe add sweet almond paste in the middle and fill it a bit more! It tasted like a regular croissant with just white sugar on top with almond pieces.

Generous portions of boba included, and even though the milk teas are powdered it is a very nostalgic taste. Will be back to support them next time I’m in Rockville!“

“It was friday late afternoon. We got a bunch of pastries and tried them all. They are all very good. They are freshly baked every morning. I love pecan pies and cheesecake with figs. The food here is excellent. I've had the cuban, the santiago bowl, and the empanadas which were all excellent. The variety and changing menu during the seasons is a nice touch. For drinks, they have a good selection of cafes and smoothies along with cocktails. The miami sunset and mojitos are worth trying!

Parking: It's a free lot out front but the parking center tends to be busy and can be hard to find a spot in front of the shop.“

“Went here about a little over a week ago. My go to has been iced matcha with brown sugar. Best drink ever. Didn’t think it could get better until Jay had offered to let me try it with oatmilk. He was so friendly and let me try something new, and offered to make me a new one if I didn’t like it with oatmilk. But he didn’t need to remake it because it was amazing. If not for Jay, I wouldn’t have found my new favorite drink: an iced matcha latte with brown sugar and Oatmilk which I am drinking while writing this. “Everything this great about this place - but the consistency of drinks at this Starbucks. The location, nestled in the middle of Potomac Village and sitting in a large courtyard, provides ample space. The service is what you'd expect from Starbucks, however, the consistency of drinks simply isn't there. Perhaps because not only is there no Starbucks around for miles (I know - that's shocking), but there isn't any other coffee/meeting place around either. So, this place is busy - we all have nowhere else to go.
It has a captive market so perhaps that's why the drinks are up and Down. Please note - the drinks aren't always bad, but the % of times l've had a bad drink here is much higher than any other Starbucks I've been too.“

“It's a good Starbucks...I don't think I've ever had a bad drink here -- hot or cold. It's looks to be a neighborhood meeting place. The baristas are always friendly. It can get pretty busy...but I've also been just first or second in line.I didn't give the food any marks because I've not really gotten food here...looks like the standard SB fare... I might've gotten the lemon pound cake ages ago.“

“This is an excellent Starbucks- my drink was great and made quickly, the store was clean, bathrooms are in the back (you need a code), customer service was excellent (they remade a drink for me after I gave them an incorrect order), wifi works well and the store is open on holidays like Christmas , New Years Day unlike a lot of Starbucks. This store can get quite busy, it is a gathering place for a lot of people in Germantown (not a whole lot going on in Germantown). Order ahead if you do not want to wait in line. “I popped into BobaPop and tried their Oolong Milk Tea with 30% sugar, and it was just right for someone like me who doesn’t like things too sweet. The tea had a nice, deep flavor, and the lower sugar level let it shine without being overpowering.

The boba was spot-on—soft but still chewy enough to be fun. Every sip was super satisfying, with the boba adding a nice texture to the creamy tea.

The staff here is super friendly, which adds to the chill vibe of the place. It’s a great spot to relax in the afternoon by the town center or even to get some studying done.“

“This is a nice little Starbucks inside a Safeway store. Getting to the store is easy - right next to the entrance of Safeway. We stop by this store when my son has a sporting event in the area. Placing an order is easy but the drinks may take a few minutes to arrive since (generally) the person taking the order is the same person making the drink.Drinks are made well though and the food is also warmed up perfectly.There is plenty of parking outside.“

Service: maybe it was a newer partner but we ordered a cinnamon cream nitro cold brew but they mistaken made a regular cinnamon caramel cold brew and charged for an extra shot (similar but wrong). I mentioned that it’s wrong and they immediate apologized and would make me the right one and I can keep the wrong one which is already great. But I’ve been going to Starbucks for 10+ years and for the first time, when they gave me the right drink, they also gave me $8 in service recovery coupon card (I was confused cause they already gave me the right drink) but 10/10 service.“
