“I myself currently work at the Starbucks in Frederick off monocacy blvd. Whenever I travel to Damascus to visit my boyfriend I end up visiting this location. A lovely group of people, very friendly. The inside always looks so clean and organized too when I come in the store, which can be very hard to do especially when it gets busy. Thank you guys for your amazing service from one barista to another ❤️.“

“I have been here a lot in the last 6-8 months. I have a mixed experience with this location. The atmosphere is great and clean, workers are nice but too shy. They decided to not give out water and lock up the bathroom unless you pay. It's not a rule that all Starbucks implements since I have been to ones where they don't care who uses the bathroom. I like how it's located at the shopping center and makes it convenient to get some drink after shopping.“

“Stopped by Paris Baguette - Germantown and had a really good experience. Claudia helped me out and she was honestly just great. She made everything feel easy and welcoming.

You can tell when someone actually enjoys helping customers, and that was definitely the vibe.

“This is a very nice location, and the drive thru is a great convenience. Everyone here is always super nice, particularly one gentleman on the headset who always sounds extra excited to be there. “This is a small Dunkin', but there was a decent amount of seating. The service was fast and excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. There's only 1 bathroom and it requires a key to use. For it's size, the location is very good. The staff makes it work with what they have. My order was small, but they made my drink beautifully. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
