“My partner and I have frequented this Starbucks location since they came to town, and we've been incredibly pleased by the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. Heck, the morning crew knows us by name - and yeah, that's likely a sign that we probably spend a little too much time there, but the level of effort that takes isn't a realistic expectation from a quick-service facility, and it makes us feel incredibly special.

Concerning some of the negative reviews, sure, the lines are sometimes long during peak hours, but what would you expect? We've seen this crew absolutely SLAMMED and yet the politeness and the professionalism remains.

“This is my 1st Valentine’s dinner date. We had a pawsome 🐾 time here. It’s the best dog-friendly restaurant in the DMV area. “I had such a wonderful experience at Paris Baguette today, thanks to Mayleen.

I came in hoping to buy a specific cake for my girlfriend’s stepmother’s birthday, but unfortunately the last one was purchased by the couple right in front of me. I was honestly pretty disappointed.

Mayleen immediately recognized how disappointing the situation was and handled it with such kindness, empathy, and professionalism. She sincerely apologized, took the time to make me feel valued as a customer, and even went above and beyond by offering me slices of another delicious cake as a thoughtful gesture.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about a customer’s experience the way she did. While I didn’t leave with the cake I originally wanted, I left impressed by the outstanding customer service I received. Employees like Mayleen are exactly why people become loyal customers.

“I came to this Starbucks thinking that I made my order here, I did it at another one…and Sherman walked the extra mile in Customer service and told me that they were doing my order there…that is the reason that I don’t change Starbucks for anything. “I’m visiting family here from Canada, and while searching for a local breakfast spot, this Dunkin’ in Olney, Maryland happened to pop up. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt compelled to share it.

The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Good food can be found almost anywhere, but genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality are rare. That’s what made this experience unforgettable.

Waseem, the team leader, went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcome. After learning that we were visiting from Canada, he treated us with such warmth, friendliness, and care that it genuinely touched us. We usually go to Tim Hortons back home, but I can honestly say I have never received this level of service anywhere before.

I’m now back in Canada, but if I ever return to Maryland, I will absolutely visit this Dunkin’ in Olney again and hopefully have the chance to see Mr. Waseem once more.

“I had time before an appointment and Starbucks was close, what I didn't realize that it was in an outlet mall. I didn't park in the right area, but the walk was nice and I needed the exercise. I ordered a venti Iced Lavender Chai Tea. If you haven't tried, I highly recommend, the perfect amount of sweet. I was able to walk right up and order and I chose to sit outside. Personally the music was a little loud.“
