“Fire place definitely going back. Entertainment is AMAZING. Last time I was there they had male a female Karen’s crashing and it was really adding to the full experience of McDonald’s. If you want to order from the counter you’ll be waiting a while, also if you hear “next window please” while in the drive through your cooked, have fun waiting!!! Definitely stop here if you’re in Damascus!“

“This is my 1st Valentine’s dinner date. We had a pawsome 🐾 time here. It’s the best dog-friendly restaurant in the DMV area. This place is so welcoming paw 🐾 fur babies like me, people are very friendly, the atmosphere and the vibes is so uplifting, food is delicious, and their signature coffee is the best! “I’ve been coming to Paris Baguette for breakfast for a while now, usually for a coffee and a piece of cake. Everything is consistently fresh, and it’s a nice place to start the morning.
Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, and the staff provides great service. Germanico in particular always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. He’s genuinely nice and always makes the experience a little better.
The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, especially for a simple breakfast. That said, I really enjoy coming here and will definitely keep coming back.“
“Stopped by to get some coffee and afternoon snack and the place was amazing. It felt cozy and warm with all the wood tones, cozy lighting and a cool electric fireplace still on in the summer ofcourse without the heat and brought so much life to the place. The Baristas were great and quickly took the order and warmed our food items. I ordered the new protein latte however they gave me a cold one and I asked for hot which they quickly changed and overall I am really happy with the service and the place“

“I usually visit the store next to Germantown Library but this store is actually more convenient for me.
All the staff are friendly and warm. Their service is very efficient. Though this store doesn’t have spacious interior area, it’s always clean and cozy.
Love the handwritten notes on the cup.“

“I used to be a regular for about a year, then I stopped going here for a while. When I came back a few months ago, Spencer remembered my order and my NAME. I intermittently come in now and he still remembers my name. He is a great employee.“

“I came to this Starbucks thinking that I made my order here, I did it at another one…and Sherman walked the extra mile in Customer service and told me that they were doing my order there…that is the reason that I don’t change Starbucks for anything. Sherman was cleaning his area because he was done with his shift and did something that I was not expecting…and I consider OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE…thanks Sherman and Jackie…you guys Rock!!!“

“The drink was absolutely delicious! The staff is always so kind, attentive, and friendly. I come here all the time because, in my opinion, this is the best bubble tea in the area. Everything is always so good, and the service makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!“

“Just wanted to write a great review for Alex at the drive thru on Friday morning July 10th, he kept great energy and was very patient with the my family in the car while we didn’t know what we wanted! Which I know could be annoying … lol. But he was happy through it all and even told us we looked like a fun car! Anyways thank you for the good laugh in the morning (=“

“I’m visiting family here from Canada, and while searching for a local breakfast spot, this Dunkin’ in Olney, Maryland happened to pop up. I don’t usually leave reviews, but after this experience, I felt compelled to share it.
The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. Good food can be found almost anywhere, but genuine kindness and heartfelt hospitality are rare. That’s what made this experience unforgettable.
Waseem, the team leader, went above and beyond to make my family and me feel welcome. After learning that we were visiting from Canada, he treated us with such warmth, friendliness, and care that it genuinely touched us. We usually go to Tim Hortons back home, but I can honestly say I have never received this level of service anywhere before.
I’m now back in Canada, but if I ever return to Maryland, I will absolutely visit this Dunkin’ in Olney again and hopefully have the chance to see Mr. Waseem once more.
Thank you, Waseem, for your kindness and heartfelt service to me and my family. You made our visit truly special.
Highly recommended!! one very satisfied customer!“

“New’ish location and I absolutely love that I don’t have to leave my local area to get coffee. So far the staff is super nice and I haven’t had a problem with an order. The best part of a new location is new coffee machines so everything so far has tested fresh,“

“Love this place been coming here for decades. They turned the McPlay place into a more mature outdoor seating area.
Two Cash Registers, Long ago were the tanks of CO2, now Roberts O2 does Bulk delivery with a tanker truck and house into the side of the building, like In air refuelling but not as cool. 20250925“

“This store has the BEST employees & customer appreciation! It is such a joy to go through the drive thru - multiple times weekly! - to get my daydream refresher and be greeted by the same consistently pleasant employees. There is one young man who has the best smile and always wishes me a wonderful day - regardless of how haphazard or chaotic I appear :) Seriously, if you want great customer service - and FABULOUS daydream refreshers - this is the store to come to. Thanks to all of you! You make my morning SO much easier!“

“Never had better service in my life at fast food. Came in early morning for my son's bday, decided to go into the store and Chris was so nice and patient. I wish more people are like Chris! came in at 1/10/2026 @ 9:43 if corporate is reading this. Chris deserves a raise!“

“I take my dog on a walk every afternoon and get him a pup cup and it’s one of the best parts of my day.Mauricio is always very helpful and cheerful and makes the place a great atmosphere. I get a decaf oat milk latte with vanilla.“
“This Starbucks located in Harris Teeter is very convenient for residents nearby to grab a cup of freshly made coffee.
There are always some seats available and the atmosphere is nice especially when you seat next to the windows.
I usually place an order via the APP in advance. The baristas are very efficient and nice.
Recently Starbucks launched horchata flavor while the horchata foam is not quite impressive.“

“My partner and I have frequented this Starbucks location since they came to town, and we've been incredibly pleased by the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. Heck, the morning crew knows us by name - and yeah, that's likely a sign that we probably spend a little too much time there, but the level of effort that takes isn't a realistic expectation from a quick-service facility, and it makes us feel incredibly special.
Concerning some of the negative reviews, sure, the lines are sometimes long during peak hours, but what would you expect? We've seen this crew absolutely SLAMMED and yet the politeness and the professionalism remains.
I'm glad we have this Starbucks in Damascus and I hope they remain a staple in the community for years to come. Cheers!“
