“Stopped by to get some coffee and afternoon snack and the place was amazing. It felt cozy and warm with all the wood tones, cozy lighting and a cool electric fireplace still on in the summer ofcourse without the heat and brought so much life to the place. The Baristas were great and quickly took the order and warmed our food items. I ordered the new protein latte however they gave me a cold one and I asked for hot which they quickly changed and overall I am really happy with the service and the place“

“Didn't expect much going in, this location hasn't been updated like the rest around Frederick. But by no means it looked outdated. Ordered food for kids, staff was friendly, service was quick, and store was very clean. Kids enjoyed the play area as well.“

“This was a stop on our way headed West out of Baltimore. @least 2 solid vegan options at a classic deli—when most delis consider bread, oil, and green peppers qualifies as a meal for someone who doesn’t eat animal products—was very exciting. I like to feel full when I leave an eatery and I left more than satisfied. The online ordering system inaccurately reported that the “fugazi” (vegan cold cut sub) was unavailable, so I called from the road and learned that they actually did have the necessary ingredients. “My partner and I have frequented this Starbucks location since they came to town, and we've been incredibly pleased by the quality of service and the friendliness of the staff. Heck, the morning crew knows us by name - and yeah, that's likely a sign that we probably spend a little too much time there, but the level of effort that takes isn't a realistic expectation from a quick-service facility, and it makes us feel incredibly special.

Concerning some of the negative reviews, sure, the lines are sometimes long during peak hours, but what would you expect? We've seen this crew absolutely SLAMMED and yet the politeness and the professionalism remains.

“Lovely place. Being a little bit far from my house, it can be a tough trek to walk to, but is easily worth it. The staff, namely Tiara, are so kind towards customers, and the food/drinks prepared are always great. This is 100% my go-to location when needing a snack or coffee.“

“I can’t believe I haven’t written a review yet! I always love coming here. I stop in about once a week and have been doing so since they opened…it was January or February I think, perhaps 2023? I can’t remember but it’s a newer location and I’ve been coming roughly once a week. The staff is the best, they know me and greet me by name and with a smile. They’re so sweet. Once in a while an order is messed up. That just seems to happen anywhere you go, people make mistakes so if you are worried just check your order before leaving. They will fix it if anything is wrong! But usually it’s all perfect and on-time. This is my favorite Dunkin location and I’m always happy to get food or drinks here. The staff is definitely the shining jewel of this place and I just love them.!!! :)

Vegetarian options: Great options for vegetarians and sandwiches are customizable to add/remove things. Not great for vegans though. A bagel with no cream cheese is maybe the only vegan thing you can get. Or a plain English muffin.? Most everything has dairy/egg. Not sure which drinks are vegan.“

“Fire place definitely going back. Entertainment is AMAZING. Last time I was there they had male a female Karen’s crashing and it was really adding to the full experience of McDonald’s. If you want to order from the counter you’ll be waiting a while, also if you hear “next window please” while in the drive through your cooked, have fun waiting!!! Definitely stop here if you’re in Damascus!“
