“This is my local go to Starbucks. Depending on staff on duty, you will get a properly made drink but it really depends. There are a few employees that are simply outstanding and make the experience great even if you ask them to remake your drink. Overall it's a great location.“
“I use the mobile app weekly and they always get my order right. Don't understand the poor reviews other than people don't know that the best time to get donuts is early morning when they are well stocked. They also must not know that you are suppose to eat them right away and not save them for a rainy day. I think people just like to complain and have no patience. They have always been nice to us. Maybe because we are kind and compliment their hard work. We sit in and eat. We watch the interaction between customers and the employees. 9/10 the customers are the ones being rude. Great place to sit and eat before having to go into work.“
“OK so I went to this McDonald’s around 3 AM February 5th 2024. The young lady that waiting on me was an awesome lady. Very nice. I don’t know her name but she deserves recognition but she’s got dark hair couple tattoos very nice very good customer service handed my food to me warm and was very polite. “Overall, a great place to relax and unwind! It’s also a great place to take your laptop and work in peace. I always get their nitro cold brew. My only critique is I wish they had bigger sizes. The largest size they have for iced drinks is 16oz. I also wish they had quick, healthy food items to grab such as yogurt, fruit cups, cheese sticks, etc. overall, a great place.“

“Been here numerous times and always great.Happy to welcome Dunkin in Libertytown! Was not an easy or cheap 2yr process, but Frederick County came through. Needed to bring more business back to this great town and Dunkin was a great start. Dunkin (& my co) invested a ton of money making this happen by converting the prior vacant PNC bank branch. Dunkin and the other surrounding small businesses in & near LIbertytown deserve all the business revenue we can afford to give them. Libertytown or anywhere; we gotta support all of our small towns and businesses worldwide even if it means going a couple miles out of the way......or, if it means coming back if you had a not-so-great experience once or read a not-so-great review. “Baristas are so nice especially the ones who work right at 5 am. So chipper and welcoming and they always accommodate me for my go to drink of either venti chocolate cream cold brew or flat white with no ice, with chocolate crumble cookie on top plus a pup cup of whip cream! That early in the morning I can't stomach the thought of drinking anything too cold. It's my go to before my 5:30 Pilates class. After one or two classes I come come back with half of my drink for the ice. It's so good and carrie's me thru the rest of my day!! Always nice to start out the day caffeinated and rejuvenated.“

“Super friendly ans quick. They were out of peppermint syrup and cranberry bliss bars but hey...Tis the Season! The sugar cookie as one pump in my triple grande coffee was perfect. The trash was hard to find (holes behind the line-hidden in the coffee bar area). Overall, a cute and spacious space with clean bathrooms.“
