Customer service is terrible. In terms of being rude…very nonchalant, very careless.
I enjoy coming here because the staff is friendly and helpful. I'm sick of hearing people complain that they don't get their food when they want it or that it's free. The manager, Alicia, and Kalif always make sure my food and smoothies are fresh and delicious, and they work really hard, especially during lunch rush.
