“It's a Subway, so no atmosphere, no decor, but the place was super clean -- possibly close to closing time at 4:40p on a Tuesday. Easy parking in this large strip mall parking lot. I purchased two foot-long chicken and onion teriyaki sub combo meals, which included a small soft drink and choice of chips or a cookie for each meal. No other patrons in the store at the time, so very quiet, and the gal who helped was quick and pleasant... particularly when my newly-downloaded Subway App had to be re-downloaded to get it to work. But, as this was my very first time scanning from the Subway App, when I was told by the employee the scanner was ready I apparently held my phone too close to the scanner face because it didn't scan until I pulled my phone away in frustration...then, it beeped as scanned. But the store employee watched me as I kept trying to scan with my phone right up against the scanner and I even said it's not working but she didn't suggest that I was holding my phone too close. Also, when I asked to instead provide my phone number to get points -- because when I initially signed up for the rewards program, it stated that my phone number would suffice for in-store points accrual -- the employee indicated that wasn't doable. As the only staff member at the counter, she didn't seem like a new employee -- she certainly knew how to make the subs and ring up the combo purchases -- so, it could be that some additional scanner and rewards program training/information is needed. However, to rectify the scanning problem, she might have consulted with the other employee in the back, who passed through the front for a second when I first arrived at the counter, especially since they weren't busy. And, to add to the experience, both heavy foot-longs were placed in the same bag, which handles broke off and the thin paper bag crashed onto the rain-soaked ground spilling out the chips just as I reached my car -- those flimsy paper carry bags aren't strong enough to hold two foot-long subs, which should have been placed in separate bags. Anyway, though a few frustrations, when I finally got home, I thoroughly enjoyed my sub.“

“I had a good time here. I ordered a chicken bowl. I wish I would have seen the fajita veggies and added them to my order (why doing an online order and picking up can be better). The staff were kind in waiting for me to be ready to order, but they seemed indifferent when interacting with me. I felt rushed through making my order (there was nobody else in line), and the staff member processing my payment seemed lethargic. The music was just hardly bearable (too loud to hear my own thoughts), but it was much better than the two previous locations I visited this month.“

“Great experience every time we're there. The restaurant always arrange family fun night every month. Kids love their family's fun event, games and activities. Very nice, friendly staffs and great customer service. My family love to go there because of their staffs. We never experienced any problem with order taker, dine in or carry out. Thank you so much for helping me celebrate my son's birthday today at your location. You did surprised him with BD cake and warmth celebration!!!“

“I picked this place off of Google for a quick lunch alone and it was awesome. I got the salmon kebab. The bread and chickpeas starter is expertly done. The salmon kebab was good and the salad was big and good quality. It’s fast food speed food, but better and healthier.“

“Unbelievable experience at what initially looks like a carryout restaurant. When we walked in we knew we were gonna take our carryout order and sit in. The menu has a lot of variety. The food came out fresh and made to order, but it did not take a long time. I looked at the reviews and saw that the Gyro over rice looked really good, it tasted even better!!
The owner was very relatable, and very hospitable. Though you order at the counter, they bring the food to you like at a sit down restaurant! It felt almost like I was eating at a family-friend’s or my uncle’s house!
I already know what I’m going to order when I come back from my second trip! Keep up the amazing job !!
We ended up sitting for another seven minutes, waiting for the check, but we forgot we already paid, just to tell you the type of experience we got !!!“

“I stopped here on my way how from Virginia it was around 11pm so I wasn’t expecting the food to be hot , fresh , or good . But I was WRONG . I’m coming back to this location again when I have some time . The burger & fries were fresh & hot, steam was coming off of everything . The chili cheese burger almost brought tears to my eyes . The customer service was also “top tier “ the manager should be proud of everyone at this location .“

“Very good expirience, tried the cheesteak and the wings. Both were amazing. The woman serving us was very nice and offered great customer service. The old bay wings were perfectly crispy and well seasoned. The cheesesteak had a great combination of sauce, bread, topping and beef.“

“We went to the Mono (Georgetown) location and our burgers were excellent. The staff was friendly and the space was clean. There was outdoor seating enjoyed by many, but we chose to sit indoors and people-watch in the charming, bustling area on a Sunday afternoon. Great experience as out-of-towners!“

“We had an amazing experience at Lucky Buns! The burgers were absolutely fantastic — juicy, flavorful, and best of all, halal. It’s honestly rare to find halal burgers in the U.S. that are this delicious — most are bland, but Lucky Buns really nailed it.
A special shoutout to Will, our waiter, who was incredibly polite and helpful. His kindness made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality halal food with great service!“
