I come to this location because of convenience but I believe today will be my last. First, I have had constant issues with service. One day I was given a bowl without acai in it even though it was an acai bowl. When I brought it back, I literally had to debate with girl at the front. The bowl was green not purple. Clearly it was missing. Second, the staff can be rude.

Today my husband's order from shake shack came before my bowl and he completed his whole meal before my bowl even was ready. You are making bowls and smoothies, not cooking. Why my order is constantly late even though I order it at least 15 minutes early and still have to wait is beyond me.

Next, I find it insulting that they always need to double check my last name to ensure it's the correct order as if I'm lying. Seems weird when I'm the only black person in the location having to give my first and last name. Y'all are weird. Your management is also not good because everything is so chaotic. Today I watched people receive their bowls before me even though they ordered it while I was in the store.

Don't waste your time. I'll also be filing a corporate complaint. I've spent way too much money for the service and treatment.“

“Stopped in for a quick and lite lunch around 1 p.m. and had next to no wait. I ordered the Fig & Prosciutto toast as well as the Tropi-Kale smoothie. The smoothie was excellent, and the large size is a great value over the medium - $9.99 for a smoothie, but that is in line with Tropical Smoothie and other places that offer similar products. The toast was fairly disappointing though, for $9.49 the piece of toast was much smaller than anticipated. I believe it was sourdough but the size of the toast was maybe 1/3 smaller than anticipated and for the price I would have opted for another menu item. As far as taste goes, the prosciutto was decent but the fig jam was disappointing. I will be back for the smoothie but I will avoid toast items in the future.“

The food and food presentation was exceptional; THE MATCHA BOWL WITH PEANUT DRIZZLE IS FIRE!!! The carefully created smoothies on their menu are delicious and are completely customizable if you want to omit, change, or add an ingredient. That is great for people on various restrictive diets. I also love the Build Your Own option! When I am not in the mood for one of the smoothies on the menu because I am not in the mood for sherbet, yogurt, or protein powder, I use the BYO to order smoothies with tons of fruit and a little juice. Sometimes, I even order a second very fruity BYO, so I can put one in my freezer and eat it like Italian ice the next day. Try it, you'll love it!“
