“We used Margherita’s Pizza of Kingsville to cater our daughter’s birthday party and everyone raved about how good the food was! We had chicken parmigiana, Caesar salad and rolls that were all amazing but the absolute hit of the party was the Crab Chesapeake Pasta! It was to die for! There was so many giant chunks of crab meat! And it all just came together perfectly with the sauce! Everyone asked where we got it from and when I was packing up the leftovers, I even had some guests ask if they could take a little bit home too! Highly recommend!“

“I just have to share the fantastic experience we had tonight. My husband and I went to The Local around 6:30 pm (prime time without reservations lol). The only available seats were a high top table in the bar area. They asked us if that was ok and we said “sure”. Within a minute or so after being seated, it became apparent that our vision of a nice relaxing dinner would be impossible in that room. The Preakness was about to begin, and that bar was loud and hopping! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining, I love to see people enjoying themselves. It was a party, but just wasn’t our vibe tonight. We decided we would go elsewhere. We politely informed the hostess that we were going to leave because it was just a tad too noisy, but that we would definitely return again soon. We stressed that we were not mad, or upset. As we were walking to our car, a very nice gentleman followed us out and asked if we would consider returning if they could sit us elsewhere. We said “Of course!” We didn’t think there were any other available tables, but he said they would work something out for us. We told him we didn’t expect them to go out of their way for us and that we could wait. Within five minutes, we were seated at a lovely table in the dining room. We later learned the gentleman that helped us was none other than the owner/ executive chef Zack. We went on to have a delicious dinner with the most attentive and charming server. They demonstrated exemplary customer service, which sadly is lacking in many other establishments. We weren’t expecting any special treatment, but they certainly went above and beyond for us, and it was very much appreciated! When we were leaving, Zack happened to be outside, so he made sure to ask how our experience was. We told him it was amazing, and that his restaurant has been one of our favorites since it opened. We told him we would be back soon. Our experience there tonight is just one of many examples why this restaurant stands out, and why we will always highly recommend them! “The Power Lunch Specials menu is a bargain at $17.77. The Meatballs & Polenta are excellent. This is 3/4 of the normal lunch menu portion, but is very tasty & extremely filling. The fried calamari is heavy in batter & needs all the lemon juice you can squeeze onto it. The dipping sauces have a lot of hot peppers in them, & are both really spicy. Penne Caprese is fresh & tasty. lovely lunch. Unfortunately, portion sizes vary from day to day. Ask for a full portion. Fettucine Genovese is extremely flavorful. The rich flavor of the cheese enhances the braised beef--a good dish. The coffee had a nice flavor but was watery. It would be much better if they used more coffee.“

“My son Aaron is on the extreme end of the spectrum and Kiwi is his service dog. This morning, Aaron wanted to go to breakfast which he never asks to do. Sarah Renae and I go to Double T Diner White Marsh for lunch periodically. I called to see how busy they were and if they had booths available. We got a booth in the back (near that giant TV) our waiter was amazing so was the hostess. Aaron does not like going to eat at restaurants because far too often he's made to feel unwelcome because of his service dog. Let me be clear not telling him to leave and making him feel welcome like every other customer are not the same. Today, he was made to feel welcome. Today, his service dog (Kiwi) was made to feel welcome. After we ate breakfast which he had this huge pumpkin Belgium waffle with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, caramel and chocolate syrup with a side a bacon (only 12. 99) I let him pick out a desert for us to take home then he went outside while I paid. He picked the recess cheesecake for himself and the tiramisu for me. One of the hostesses came and asked how things where and if I was the one who had called earlier. I started to tear up as I thanked her and the staff for making Aaron feel welcome and like every other customer. I think it's important to acknowledge when a business not only does the right thing but does the right thing correctly and enthusiastically. “We haven't been here since it was sold. The place is beautiful! The food was excellent and our waitress, Holly was the bomb diggity!!! We had the CRAB COW BERGER and it was the best burger we ever . Moist beef and the crab cake with crab imperial was divine. The fries were cooked perfect, nice and crunchy but just as soft on the inside. They were NOT coated! Prices were very reasonable. When you get food like this, you don't mind what it costs as long as it is great. Again, ask for Holly to be your waitress. The best server we have had in a long time. “My family and I visited the Akira Ramen and Izakaya Restaurant in Bel Air, Maryland yesterday afternoon. The occasion was in celebration of our daughter’s 34th birthday. When we entered the establishment, we were greeted and quickly seated. Our waiter provided us boosters seats for my two granddaughters; menus; two large carafe’s of ice water; napkins and plates. We were very impressed with the large selection of appetizers, sushi platters, drinks and desserts. The food was simply DELICIOUS !! Not even a morsel remained on our plates. I highly recommend Akira Ramen and Izakaya of Restaurant of Bel Air, Maryland. This will be our go to place for Japanese foods. The staff is very polite; large menu selection; reasonably priced; and the food is delicious. 🤗🥰“

It's my favorite, too. The lasagna had so much of the wonderful delicate tomato sauce, it was covered. This is the real authentic lasagna of Italy. For a tasty pasta with a kick, the Salmone Al Pesto has a marvelous creamy pesto sauce, & a heaping of small fresh button mushrooms. They say it's only 6 oz. of salmon but the whole plate was covered in large segments of it--it's large enough to take home for a second dinner. Mama had made her own Tiramisu. The delicate sponge soaked with flavor is something not to be missed. Get it when you can. The service from Madison was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. “Thursday evening was my first time there. We made a reservation and were seated right away. We were there for steamed crabs. Our server immediately put our order in and brought our drinks. Our crabs came out pretty quickly. I can’t say enough about the two ladies that were serving us. They were very attentive but not to the extreme. Both were very friendly. Our crabs were excellent! Not one light crab. We will definitely go back again. If you’re looking for great food, excellent service and a very friendly atmosphere, Bird River Inn is your place to go. “Today was my first time really trying Korean food. As soon as we walked in we told the woman at the counter that it was our first time and she gave us some great suggestions. We ended up getting beef Bulgogi as well as mandoo. The Bulgogi had such sweet and rich flavor. The kimchi was crunchy and spicy. The woman working who I assume it’s the owner was so happy that we came to try out Korean food. I could tell she is so proud of the establishment. We will 100% be back again And will try some things a little bit more out of our comfort zone. The food was just as amazing as the customer service. 10 out of 10 recommend.“

We were celebrating our 20th anniversary and I’m so glad we chose Pairings to do so. The restaurant is quite beautiful , the staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the food was amazing. For his birthday Paul ordered the New York Strip steak with two sides, me and Brian ordered Chicken Chesapeake. Mine and Brian’s were great, 1/2 pound of crab cake over a chicken breast with a lemon sauce, it was delicious. We ordered with red potatoes that were fabulous. Now we come to Paul’s steak. He said it was the best steak he ever had. It was thick and juicy and had a charred outer crust. He shared with us. He ordered asparagus and red potatoes with his. All was served with a big bowl of salad and bread that we shared before our entree. How was that for a review?“
