Baristas go above and beyond to provide service. Always welcomed with big smiles and friendly conversation. If you see a long line, don’t turn around. Stick with them and you won’t be disappointed. “My husband ordered his eggs extra over easy and they nailed it. Everything was fresh and tasted delicious. Our waiter Ben was great especially dealing with my Karen request (very light on the natala & no whip cream). Will definitely be returning to try the Mexican crape. To parents with very young children, please remember that you & your child are not the only persons in a very small building. Didn't enjoy our breakfast & company until they left“

“I love Panera, the food is delicious. The only issue I have is they never answer the phone. I've been trying to call for days because of something missing from my order, but have yet to get anyone on the phone. I'm sure it's too late to get reimbursed or have a replacement made, but they need to do better at answering calls.“
