Felipe is beyond exceptional!!! I came into to order food yesterday and he was very busy but still takes the time to not only get my name for my order but anytime he talked to me and approached me he used my name ..today...even though he prob sees 100 people in his day he greeted. Me by name when I walked in but when I ordered he also remembered that what I ordered today was what I ordered yesterday and let me know that he remembered that!!!! He is a true gem!!! I had a awesome experience at this Wendy's.Simon was a absolute professional and I appreciate his service this morning. He definitely deserves a raise or promotion at some point.
