“This has been my go-to Chick-fil-A ever since I moved to the area about five years ago. Not only is it the closest location, but in my long life (and my way too many Chick-fil-A visits 😅), this one is hands down the best.

The food quality and preparation are always top-tier, but it is really the staff that sets this place apart. They are always smiling. Always kind. And yes, I know that is typical for Chick-fil-A, but something about this location just feels different. It is better. It feels more intentional. They know and recognize the community here which is something you don’t typically get in franchise spaces. It’s just truly special.

In a time when the world just feels and looks so bad - it’s nice to have a spot that is simply - good. Thank you to the staff here for all you do and please know how much my puppy loves y’all too!

I called and the staff at this Bubbakoo’s were very helpful and prompt in contacting Uber to cancel my order, despite the fact that Uber is notoriously difficult to work with. “So I haven't been to a subway in years and today I decided to go to this one with my hubby. As someone who had to change to being a plant based eater for my health, I didn't know I could still eat here. We had an amazing veggie patty on whole wheat, veggie footlong. It was amazing. I feel like I've been missing out all this time. Additionally the women working this afternoon around 3pm are phenomenal workers and the place was spotless. If they havent been given a raise or promotion yet, you need to give them both one. These ladies are easily the most competent fast food workers that I've ever seen. Show them your appreciation because any restaurant would be lucky to have them. They are respectful and kind and so efficient. Next time we go to subway out here, I hope to have the same ladies here. 10/10.“

“The food was good. They had background music playing extremely loud and the lady working the counter spoke very softly so it was hard to hear her questions. The music was so loud we could not even talk while we ate our lunch. As other people came in we noticed they were also asking for things to be repeated a few times. Another customer, around 25 yrs old commented to us that the music was too loud.

Parking: The parking lot is narrow and has constant traffic, making it difficult to get in and out.“

“Ordered a footlong roast beef sandwich. Relaxed atmosphere and pretty clean. The workers were definitely generous with the amount of roast beef and cheese that they put on the sandwich. Nice amount of toppings, too, and very fresh. Overall, it was a great experience, and the food, drinks, and chips were delicious. The price justifies the large serving of food you get. Hopefully, neighboring local businesses in the area will follow in the footsteps of this Subway and put their customers first before profits. Will definitely keep coming back.“

“Wendy’s finally woke up and started enhancing their frosty choices (instead of just vanilla and chocolate) as I’ve been suggesting to them for years! I guess they finally realized they had to keep up with the McDonald’s!
Also tried their new chicken strips, (mostly because we wanted to compare them to Chick-fil-A). Although Wendy’s chic strips were good, there was no contest whatsoever, Chick-fil-A strips win hands down! Sorry Wendy’s“

“Very Friendly and prices are worth the food. Got 4 papusas and a ginger ale for 13.75 and they are BIG like pancakes!! And packed stuffed with whatever stuffing You'd like. Thank you guys so much!! I've found my new Latin spot to eat at. Best part is they open until midnight!! And they've been opened during snow storm!“

“A nice addition to Laurel! It has been ....years...since I had been in a Subway. I wasn't sure what to expect. That said, all needs were met at a fair price! I happened to visit later in the day (5 pm on a Saturday). Both sandwiches that I ordered (Titan Turkey & Hotshot Italiano) were made well and delicious. Inside decor is average, but I expect most customers are grab-and-go.“

“I like this Wawa location, but I do have one piece of feedback that I hope management will take seriously.

You all need a better system for organizing beverages with mobile pickup and delivery orders. Countless times I’ve received my food, only to discover that my drink—usually a hot coffee—is missing. In many cases, it seems the beverage is left sitting on the drink counter instead of being grouped with the rest of the order.

This creates a frustrating experience for both customers and delivery drivers. Customers end up hunting down missing items, contacting support, or requesting refunds, while delivery drivers are left trying to determine whether an order is actually complete.

There should be a process in place to ensure drinks are clearly associated with the corresponding food order before it is handed off for pickup or delivery. Whether that’s a staging area, better labeling, or an order verification step, something needs to change.

This has happened enough times that it’s become a major inconvenience. I enjoy this location otherwise, but I would greatly appreciate improvements to the way beverages and food orders are organized and handed off. I’m sure your customers and delivery partners would appreciate it as well.“

“Still good in getting order right but lately could do better in providing better more quantity and quality for Mexican pizzas. They hardly put anything in there anymore which is sad for the money it costs. It's not as normal looking and more like less of everything. Disappointing for this reason. Was 5 stars but now reduced to just 2 stars. Management should train in making better Mexican pizzas which are my favorite.“
