“despite what patrick said below I have personally seen all the staff frequently changing out their gloves.... and they wear gloves while rolling the burritos so i highly doubt anyone touched your burrito with bare hands. at least she tried to correct the problem. some of you guys expect way to much from a QSR ( quick service restaurant) i know personally the staff goes above and beyond for absolute perfect customer service the food is bomb and also their hot table has burned a fuse causing some slight issues with wait time during dinner rushes but i could see they were also slammed with online orders but despite the technical difficulties I think everyone should give this place a chance. its friendly super clean and awesome unique food!“

Plaza Mexico has become one of those go-to spots for us in North Beach. Whether it’s a random weeknight when we don’t feel like cooking or a weekend dinner after walking by the water, it just always hits.

The food is consistently good. The tacos are packed with flavor, the fajitas come out sizzling and smell amazing, and the portions are generous without feeling over the top. It’s comforting, reliable, and exactly what you want when you’re craving Mexican food. And the margaritas? They’re strong in the best way and actually taste fresh.

What really keeps us coming back, though, is the vibe. It feels relaxed and welcoming, not pretentious, not rushed. The staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, like they’re genuinely happy you’re there.

It’s one of those local spots that just feels easy. Good food, good drinks, good people. We’re really glad it’s in North Beach.“

“The food was good I just didn't like that there is a credit card fee that they don't sell you about until you are there ready to pay. Did they give you a heads up over the phone and you can decide to get some cash on the way there or something.“

“Although we have been to the Annapolis locations many times, we stopped into the Edgewater location as we were passing by. The experience here was incredible!! Upon entering, we were told to find a seat upon our liking and were greeted shortly afterward with menus and drink orders. This restaurant gives much bigger portions, offers beer/mixed drinks and the service is friendly and quick(er). Sorry Annapolis, you are more convenient but Edgewater has given us reason to drive an extra 15 minutes for a better all-around experience!“

“If you like your tacos gringo style this is not the place for you. The food has authentic Mexican flavors and is absolutely delicious. Great prices for individual tacos if you ant to mix and match, but also great prices on other menu items and meals. The only thing that was missing was nice cold margarita!“

“When the waitress brings you an unopened bottle of chili habanero sauce when she delivers your meal, you know it's going to be good. And everything we had here was delicious. The entire menu is in Spanish so be ready with your Google translator or your Spanish skills if you aren't sure what to order, but they did have a decent variety. Service was good, but not perfect. Mostly taking one star off because the music they had playing was very loud, and in the second room there's a second jukebox that people also play quite loud they compete with the music in the first room, can make it quite difficult to carry on a conversation while you're eating. If you want an idea atmosphere and that is very important to you, then you probably might consider this a two or three star place if food doesn't make up for it in your mind. But if you want the whole experience it's actually quite enjoyable.“

I visited again today to get a Bangkok shrimp bowl and the woman at the front (wish I knew her name) greeted me with a sweet smile. I also appreciated that she washed her hands before handing me my order.“

“This location is as good as the one on Forrest Dr. In Annapolis. However, parking and ease of getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare!
