“Saw the great reviews and that they had elote so I stopped here on a whim. It Is the best and most authentic Mexican food in SoMD. Everything we got was homemade and delicious. Highly recommend their tamales, elote, chips, and tacos! I wish I didn't live 1 hour away otherwise I would've tried their ceviche! Be aware their salsa actually has kick to it! If you like spicy try their salsa! We will be back even though it's far it's worth it! Also service was friendly and helpful! 10/10“
“The food is phonomena. Very delicate and the presentation is a 5***** you don’t know what to order it looks so good! David is a fantastic Bartender/service! I am a food and drink Condo-suer. If you love tequila they make drinks you can’t imagine!“
“This is, very quickly, becoming my favorite Mexican restaurant!! The service is great, and the servers always have a smile. I tried the beef tacos last night, they must sprinkle some kind of love and happiness on them. (Who doesn't love tacos ???) I can't wait to go back! I've been there once a month since the beginning of this year.“
“WoooBOY! Came with friends for a quickie birthday celebration. Did not disappoint. The pina agua Fresca and tamarindo agua Fresca were BEYYYYOND. Could drink it by the gallon. Their margs have a kick! And I don’t mean high step dance kick, I mean knock you on su culo, MULE kick. What I had food wise was good. The chips and salsa are PERFECTION, the appetizer size steak quesadilla slapped, my companions enjoyed their meals as well.Definitely coming back!!!!Thanks!!Parking: Parking was easy but if they get crowded it could get iffy“
“Went here on a friend’s recommendation. Very good! We tried enchiladas verdes, tacos de lengua, al pastor & chorizo and the menudo. All was very delicious and authentic. It was surprisingly uncrowded for a Saturday evening considering how delicious it was. Good drinks too! If you haven’t been here, you need to go!“
“I tried this spot since it was on doordash. I ordered the birria quesadilla with creama and avocado. Hands down the best I’ve had in a long time. The beef was well seasoned, consume was flavorful and just amazing, hot sauce had the perfect amount of heat (saying this as someone who loves spicy food) and flavor balance . Everything tasted fresh and delicious. They earned a returning customer out of me “
“I saw this restaurant and it caught my attention, I bought grilled chicken with two companions, I was not wrong, the chicken is delicious, there are also different types of food to eat there or take away, I like it because it is a place that is always clean, the staff the service is very good, especially the lady who is there is very friendly, they speak Spanish and EnglishI saw this restaurant and it caught my attention, I bought grilled chicken with two companions, I was not wrong, the chicken is delicious, there are also different types of food to eat there or take away, I like it because it is a place that is always clean, the staff The service is very good, especially the lady who is there, she is very friendly, they speak Spanish and English.“
“El Papi Real Street Tacos is a little off the beaten path. The food is for an acquired soft taco taste. The food was dry and not as flavorful as other taco tasting around the US. It did not seem like a Central American Taco experience but more like a US fusion.Parking: The parking lot is small but open to allow a clear view of the surroundings. It appeared to have between 20-25 spots.“
“This small restaurant is tucked away on Livingston Road by the LSW Liquor Store. Cozy and inviting, the restaurant is a great place to stop by for lunch or dinner. I had the grilled beef fajitas which was hot with beans, salad, and rice. Delicious and very satisfying at a reasonable price. I didn't take a photo but I will add a photo of the menu later. It specializes in Tex-Mex and Salvadorean food. I would highly recommend it. No frills, just good comfort food.“
“Food was good even though she gave us the wrong sandwiches. We ordered two chicken hoagies and she even said "chicken" only for us to end up with their roast beef version of the same. We had already been starving and didn't want to wait for another remake so we ate it and enjoyed it. Might revisit if I'm in the area and looking for a quick bite to eat.“
“In another one of my random strip mall adventures, I came across this place. You cant see it from the road so to come here you need to be looking for it. Not a big place and its dark inside because of whatever film they have on the windows, but dont let that stop you. I came here mid afternoon, not knowing what to expect but noticed there was a steady stream of folks there getting to-go orders so it couldnt be that bad. I can confidently say that these are the best al pastor tacos ive had in the DMV and...most likely the best ive ever had. There is an unseasoned meat epidemic in this area and I dont know why. There are tons of taco places that cook the meat but dont season it. From bite 1 it was clear they actually seasoned their stuff. If you know anything about Al pastor, its marinated to include pineapple. With these, it was easy to taste the seasoning and pineapple in one bite, then the next bite actually had a piece of pineapple. Take that, then add tortillas that they grilled so they had a slight crisp to them AND tasted buttery...then throw in the onions, cilantro, and the red and green sauces...last thing, the beans had flavor to them too. This was an all around win that only cost $16.“
“I always ordered online through DoorDash and most of the time I don't receive cutlery or napkins, the food is delicious but they should put cutlery and napkins in takeout orders, but nevertheless the food is worth it because it is delicious.“
“I ordered chicken nachos via grubhub and the nachos were really good. They took the care to put the queso sauce on the side, something I did not think to request, but that i really appreciated because my chips were not soggy. There was a good ratio of toppings to chips and overall they were some of the best nachos I’ve had in the Waldorf area.“
“This location was empty and very slow. We ordered online and it took awhile for the food to be prepared. However the food was tasty and the place was clean. The bathroom was clean. For the price can't be beat just wish they were a little more efficient. Easy to customize to different dietary restrictions. Pro tip: get the app. There are combo options which are not available to order in person which can save you $$$. Also free Wi-Fi is available in store.“
“So this my families go to spot. They are never busy during the day, but they are in the evening. The first time I went with a gf and the DH was everything on a Tuesday. They stopped the Taco DJ night . I heard it's Friday now, idk. I went again to take my family for my son's graduation and they loved it. The ambiance is nice, more staff should understand English as all the orders came out wrong and confusing. No biggie. I took my husband for a munch date and he fell in love with the taco salad. I love it all!!! I have tons of pics. Just go try it and go when the dj is there!!! Drinks“
“Just can not tolerate cilantro. To my JOY, they had rice w/o it!! OMGOODNESS, that burrito was VERY, VERY GOOD!! Most Chipotle locations don't offer rice w/o cilantro. Just thrilled the Brandywine location does!! I'll be going back in a couple of weeks!!?Parking: If you go during lunch/dinner times you might have to park several spaces from the door.“
