“Let's face it - Crabs are super expensive and only getting more so. So it adds insult to injury when you pay high prices and get light, crappy crabs. Not the case with Weise Guy. Second time ordering first was good, second was super great. Ordered XL and they were quite big, the spice is good and the crabs were full. Perfectly cooked too. We will buy here again!“

“Great place with both outdoor and indoor seating. They have crabs, seafood, and broasted chicken. There are a good assortment of sides. The broasted chicken was awesome, and my wife really liked the crabs. It's a casual place with a nice casual atmosphere. It can be loud. We spent about $60 for the two of us, including the tip. That's comparable to what we spend at Mission or Red Robin and less than we typocally spend at Long Horn. Hanover is about an hour and a half from where we live. Today we were in the area for other reasons and decided to give Big Mike's a try. We will definitely come back, just to eat here, even if we don't have any other reason to go to Hanover.“

We had a crab feast for my husband's 50th birthday this past weekend, and ordered 4.5 bushels of large and extra large crabs. Not only did Wanda and Jess 'hold my hand' through ordering the proper amount for our large group (I'm not a crab eater, so I hadn't a clue), but the crabs were a great size, DELICIOUS and full...this coming from a group of seasoned crab eaters! Every part of this experience was great. We will return. Highly recommend.“

“We recently discovered Oak, just a half mile from our home, and it’s truly a hidden gem in an area with limited dining options. From the moment we walked in, the experience was exceptional. Our bartender, Zach, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and offered fantastic recommendations—including the Steak and Eggs for brunch, which exceeded all expectations. The steak was cooked to perfection and paired beautifully with the eggs—a dish I had never tried before but will definitely be ordering again. My husband enjoyed the BLT Eggs Benedict, which was equally impressive. The thick-cut bacon, perfectly poached eggs, and flavorful hollandaise made for an unforgettable dish. The service throughout our visit was outstanding, and when asked for recommendations, Zach confidently told us that everything on the menu is great—and from what we tasted, we absolutely believe it. “While visiting relatives we placed a to go order. We ordered at the bar, service was very friendly. Our order was hot and perfect. Crab cakes and fries with slaw ( which they placed in a separate container so every thing didn't get soggy which I really appreciated). Our relative enjoyed every bite !!! “The crabs are always heavy, packed full with meat and deliciously prepared. We live in Westminster so we use the Blue Point on Jermor Lane all the time. The staff are polite and friendly and prepare the food well. They have outstanding specials on steamed shrimp, shrimp salad, and steamed crabs.“
