I originally gave 4 stars but after the last 3 times ordering subs online and being told there was a 30 minute wait time...... when in actuality I waited an hour plus. I have been told "we got really busy". I get that but don't let the teenage employees stand around chit chatting instead of working.
The service is very friendly. Their sandwiches are really good. Much better than WaWa. I've been to the charolotte hall store and it is no where as good as mechanicsville. Keep up the good work. A place is only good as their management is.

Last night I started placing an online order for this location and the app was acting up and it stated that I could pick up until 10:15, so after the order went through I wasn't sure that it was delivered so I called the store and told the young man about my issues and he said No, it was to late to place an order because the subway closed at 10..I told him that I placed the order prior to 10pm and he said we didn't get one and that they were closed .
