“Outstanding! I am up here for work from Florida, and as many times as I have been to Frederick, I can't believe I have not eaten here sooner. The atmosphere is wonderful! There is nothing better than the smell of smoked BBQ filling the air. Ample parking, and I love the location. The food is fantastic! I had the potato salad, sweet potatoes, and 2 meats (Arkansas Brisket which are burnt tips and Hot Links). The platter comes with pickled onions, pickles, and cornbread. It did not disappoint. Plus the original BBQ which comes with it, had an interesting flavor. Sweet and vinegary, with a little heat, which was nice. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for some good BBQ.“

“We had mission cater my son’s graduation party and let me tell you what a wonderful experience from initial quote to the end of the party! Kyla and Kayla in the catering department were so professional and great to work with on getting everything we needed for the party. We decided to add a seasonal dessert after placing original order and the process was seamless! When we arrived at the Frederick location everything was packed up and ready to go. However we realized that the dessert wasn’t on the order and I was able to provide confirmation of the change to original order. That’s when the Frederick team immediately took action and told me they would have to make the dessert fresh as it is not their current seasonal dessert. They took down the address of the party and my phone number and about an hour later Pitmaster Juan showed up with the fresh peach cobbler and even an extra quart on the house!! Our server tonight (7/16) was Jonah, I asked him if he was the manger figuring by the way he buzzed about, constantly checking on all the tables, helping ensure everyone was at the right temps, not burning the place down, getting all their little plates situated. You can smell the aroma of the Smoked Meats before you actually get to the food truck which makes your mouth start to water and shifts your brain into a high level of anticipation and excitement of what your hunger needs for fulfillment. The smoked mac & cheese, beans, coleslaw, french fries are tasty sides to the smoked chicken, pit beef, pulled pork, brats, hot dogs and any other foods they prepare.
